“Great experience. Customers were arriving quickly but 4 tellers were open and they were being served quickly. Also, my teller applied common sense and didn't make me show ID or get my phone code to make a withdrawal. My pin code and the fact that I've made similar transactions and showed that I knew something about my accounts was enough. Common sense is so uncommon these days that it is refreshing to see it is still being applied.”

“A representative by the name of Kristen assisted me when my account was disabled due to suspicious reoccurring transactions. Kristen was able to assist in 10-15mins as opposed to calling the 1 800 # and being on hold for almost 2 hours then being told to go to a branch without reason. She is a very professional member at that branch. If you see this have a great day!”
