called. told them my car make and model. got sent an estimate. called to book an appointment. paid. went to appointment. let rack and storage get installed. got a walkthrough. had questions answered. everything was great. 10/10. will go back again for bike rack/hitch thingy

Theres no waiting room but a nice coffee shop beside it

Incredibly thorough service for a very minor ask. We were missing a critical part for our 5 year old-ish bike rack, and they not only found the part, but made sure that it was the correct fit for our model since we weren’t sure of its age.

We originally bought the Thule Compass rack & decided to go to Rack Attack in Vaughn as I found that it was too close in the centre to load 2 kayaks. We decided to get the Thule Hullaport XTR since it was closer to the edge. It was a lot easier to install & load than the compass. The employee that was working was very helpful to make sure the one we wanted fit on our RAV4. Since being new to the rack game I will definitely making a trip back when we decide to get other accessories/rack supplies.

This place was amazing! I purchased with install a Retrax Pro from a competitor and have had nothing but trouble. I went back four times to fix insulation issues to no avail the problem still persisted. I decided to try and take it to Rack Attack for help to solve my problem with water getting into my tailgate. Chris and his team were nothing short of amazing helping to locate and inform me of any points where water intrusion could be occurring. I won't be bringing my truck anywhere else from here on out.

Usually purchase my bike racks from this store. Just recently I needed a rooftop unit. They have a nice selection in the showroom. The sales associate that day was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

I have purchased a few items from this store and will continue to do so. Recently an item I purchased a few years ago had a warranty issue and they did everything they could to honour that warranty by working with the manufacturer to have them issue replacement parts and replacing the parts in a timely and courteous manner. In dealing with the team they gave me nothing but smiles and helpfulness. They have a great staff and can be trusted to do right by the customer.
