There is problems on pump number 1 please solve the issue. Yesterday i have given authorization for $35 but the nozzle was getting cut of lot of times. Will never come to this pump again.

Had a terrible experience at this station, stood up for 15 minutes at one pump, 20 minutes before midnight, trying to pay at the pump and i waited 5 minutes while it says “authorizing” only for it to say cancel. Then I tried to tap instead of inserting my card, and the exact same thing happened and I hit the button for help, and had no response. I waited and hit the button for help again, and still no response from the attendant/cashier. Waited and hit it a third time and still no response from the person that I could clearly see standing inside with no customers. Then I got back in my car and drove to another pump and the exact same thing happened and hit help again and STILL no response and no reaction from the attendant. What terrible service and all the while I’m standing outside in the cold and no help or notification from the attendant that pumps aren’t working or anything, I don’t even know if that was the case because there was no response. What a complete waste of time. I’ve heard this station is notorious for doing this to customers so they can raise the price, never going to this location again, avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service and deleting my comment lol. Lady at the register refused to take my 50$ bill that i handed her to pay for my gas. She claimed it “felt fake”. She needs proper training.

This location is constantly charging more at the register than the advertised price. This is illegal. Please ensure that the price you see for a product ie. Jack Link’s All Beef Original 20 g. The price tags below the Jack Link’s products was just changed to $3.99 yet on the register it said $5.29. The law says that when the cost of an item is $10 or less and the price on the register is not the same as the sticker below the product, the item is supposed to be free. Then they argue with me when this has happened numerous times. No more. There are huge for misleading advertising. He finally sold two of them to me for $3.00 each. They were supposed to be FREE. The owner does this ALL THE TIME. BUYER BEWARE!

Having a washroom on a gas station is a necessity but they have the washroom out of order all the time. I don't understand. Poor services.

The people who work at this gas station are completely idoits! They stop the pump and told my 17 year old daughter that she can't get gas because she's not 18 years old!..... they wouldn't let her get gas because she's a women! And women aren't the same as men! Wow these people exist in 2023 and let me tell you they are complete idiots. Trying to tell me a young women isn't capable of pumping gas. She's more educated then you idoits and I should report you to petro canada!

This review goes for the man who was working last night at this location around 10PM. This cashier sold my daughter smokes and she’s under age, Very beautiful but UNDER age. When I asked the cashier about it he said “ I don’t care“. When I asked for the managers number, he refused to give it to me. Is that the kind of people that work at Petro Canada? Disgusting. You should hire people that possess customer service skill, that don’t hit on underage girls while ILLEGALLY selling them smokes

I understand loss prevention and fraud is the main reason prepay is in effect, no issues. What I don't understand is when gas prices are so high, you only have 100 max at your pumps to prepay. You can't fill up a pick up truck or SUVs from even a quarter tank with that. Increase your maximums at the pump.. join the rest of the world

Bad customer service experienceI was a regular customer of this location and usually go there every second day to fill up my gasToday Saturday May27 I went and had a very bad experienceGirl who was working there in evening shift (5 pm) she doesn’t know how to talkShe was very rude and unprofessionalI asked for my receipt after I paid and she behave rude and said oh you see it’s in process (very very unprofessional)Owner shower either train the staff or hire people who are good at customer serviceAt present they are the face of business.
