I was a rens depot client until I came here. This is truly the best place for all ur dogsneeds. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with dog food statistics. Ive been coming here for 1.5 yrs and will continue forever!

Super friendly staff and Owner is amazing.. he answered ton of our questions.. being first time dog parents we had no idea how vaccinations and registration work and nutrition .. but Mr Brenual answered all our questions happily and Even gave us some free samples of Dog food... will surely visit again

Just stopped here to get my pet food and treats and maybe even a new toy.. the wife had to use the ladies room..was told there is no public bathroom..fine she went next door and by the time she had come back I was there a total of 10..15 mins..I walked around the isles to look around while i waited..the young girl working didn't even acknowledge me..didn't ask if I needed help nothing.. passed her 3x while she stocked different shelves.. in the mean time there was another young lady washing a dog, just a little thing looked kinda like a pomeranian not 100% but it was terrified and shaking.. as I walked away down another isle I heard her say.. don't bite then a yelp... by the time my wife got back same thing had happened 2x again. Young lady said don't bite and a loud yelp.. as I was in the front of store... Shame on Pet Valu to have these young lady's working here.. one with no customer service and one who hits the animals.. I was soo disappointed and disgusted I didn't even purchase my stuff. I drove 14 km to a different location.. And to lady I tell you if it had been my dog you made yelp.. you would be yelping... SHAME!!!

Probably my little rotties second favourite place. Great selection of treats and toys and the staff is always super friendly as well as helpful!

The staff at this PetValu are AMAZING. They are kind, patient, extremely informed, and so willing to help you. It's clear that they take joy in helping customers and their pets. I've gone for years and the weekend and weekday staff are equally incredible.

I recently got a foster cat and went into get all the supplies I needed. Vanessa was an amazing help, so friendly, had great advice and she found everything I needed!Would recommend any Pet Valu but Vanessa made the experience great!
