I came in to get my uniform tailored/fitted and I have to say they did a spectacular job!! They definitely know what they are doing and gave me back my uniform with exceeded expectations and wonderful customer service. If you need your clothes tailored for a great price I would 10/10 recommend this place. Thank you again, I will definitely be back with more clothes!! :)

If you care about your clothes, do not go there!You will be blamed for their mess. Worst customer service and cleaning experience I came across by far.On the positive note: gentlemen who is working is so nice and friendly. Unfortunately the overall experience (wi the the lady) was so bad and took away this positive note for me.

I like designer clothes so I’m pretty picky with how people treat it. These guys have done really well caring for the clothes including going the extra mile to take our stains.They lost a 300$ shirt once and refunded the amount in free cleanings until the shirt was found. Essentially giving me hundreds in free cleaning and my shirt back.The folks that steam the shirts sometimes create the odd crease but that happens at every cleaner and these guys haven’t ruined a single garment.

Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. She messed up my expensive dress that I needed for a very important wedding. She was insisting that it looks "perfect" and that it was my eyes not the dress that was messed u up. She said she never makes mistakes and she didn't offer to to refund my ($50) money back, or not even an apology. She called my dress "cheap". Now I have NO dress for this Saturday and it's Wednesday. BE WEAR

First incident- left my grey sweater there to be cleaned. Came to pick up and they couldn’t find it? A month later she finds it and no discount at all on losing it for a month. Second incident- I brought a blazer to get the stain out. I come to pick it up and the stain is still there! Therefore had to wait again cuz they don’t do that service there? Third incident and Fourth incident- Every time lady prints up the receipt she then tells me oh I forgot to charge you for this and that, CROOK!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I just received. DO NOT BRING YOUR DRY CLEANING TO THIS PLACE. I left a sweater to get out a stain. I didn’t notice when I picked it up that the pattern on the sweater was ruined. When I brought it back to her to show her what happened. She full out called me a liar to my face and said that I did it myself. I brought her the matching pants to show her the difference and explained it wasn’t possible for me to do this. She refused to take responsibility

I took my jackets for cleaning, they don't know to do the job. They damage my expensive jackets and she refuse to pay for the damage, be careful when you go here. Is your clothes are damage you know what will happen, they are not honest.

I've tried every dry cleaner in the Major Mack and Weston area. This one is by far the best. The clothes come back clean and pressed and most importantly, not damaged! The only dry cleaner in the area who knew how to clean real fur.
