I went there for rust repair though vw they had my car for a week .the guy said when I pick it up the car is like new.
In 5 weeks later I was back there with rush on my car .I guess they do like a used car dealer does make it look pretty. All they say is go back to your dealer. So now I back with a car with rust .thank for the waste of time

I came across this place through the Volkswagen dealership for a rust warranty - since the first time I spoke to them they were responsive, punctual and professional! They did an amazing job on my car and had it ready on time, just as they promised.
Today I came back independently for a repair in the bumper and once again they did not fail to exceed my expectations! Honest and quick service, the owner goes above and beyond - he genuinely cares about people and wants to make sure the customer is happy! I will definitely keep coming back for any future repairs thank you very much!

What started off as a very traumatic experience turned around amazingly and without words for appreciation.
Thank you Serge for rectifying the situation and making sure I was satisfied and treated properly during the repair of my vehicle. Thank you for correcting everything and making sure that I saw it through.
Serge made sure I was taken care of, and that I got updates and information on my vehicle and parts being awaited, he made sure the cluster calibration was proper. When my vehicle was returned they forgot to fuel it so he went above and beyond to correct that.
If it wasn’t for Serge the owner and his manager Valeria and Receptionist Dina, this review would be 1 star towards the other staff members.
Thank you many times over Serge, Valeria and Dina at #7 for your expertise and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Was recommended by the dealership where I bought my Hyundai. Number 7 provided amazing customer service from start to finish, the staff there went out of their way to provide the best experience possible following my car accident. This is place is Amazing for car repairs. I got into a collusion and my car went to Repair 7 for repairs. In mean time they provided me all details on working procedure and setup car pickup and drop from Enterprise rentals. Person name Riaz at this place did an outstanding job and helped me at every steps

I cannot recommend this repair shop enough. After a vehicle hit me from behind causing a multi vehicle collision, my car was in pretty rough shape to say the least. Both the front and rear were damaged. This was my first time going through my insurance, a process that can be long and annoying, so I thought. But after speaking with Ian and the Number 7 team, the whole process felt easy and they consistently put my mind at ease. I received text updates throughout the stages of the repair and communication with the shop was excellent. Thank you so much team, my car looks better than ever now!

I visited Mike at the Number 7 Repair Centre after my new vehicle was hit by another driver. Mike thoroughly explained the process, helped me call my insurance company to make the claim, detailed the damages and repairs needed to my car, and got me set up with a rental. While my car was being repaired, I received regular text notifications with updates, was able to speak to the women at the front desk about the status of the repair, and overall felt quite confident that my car would be repaired quickly and properly. Mike was so accessible while we waited for parts to come in, answering my calls and questions despite being so busy. The repair was done expertly and I honestly cannot thank the team at Number 7 Repair Centre enough for all of their dedication, professionalism and hard work. I am so happy I chose Number 7 Repair Centre and going forward, I wouldn't ever bring my car anywhere else. Five star treatment and service! Thanks again, Mike.

Number 7 repair was amazing! They were recommended to me by my Toyota dealership, my car looks better than when I bought it! Very professional service, they fixed damage on my passenger door and back door. Turn around was great. Ask for Mike! He was so helpful. THANKS REPAIR 7!
