I have dealt with Yvonne, for at least one and half years she has always been available and ready to assist.I have asked for a report to be sent to my family doctor and it was done within hours.It's bad enough to have a breathing problem, it's all made easier by the smiles and kindness of the staff.Keep it up.

I had a sleep test and help with getting a CPAP machine. Both experiences were extremely positive. Yvonne helped guide me through the process of getting the CPAP machine. She was very patient, informative, kind, and professional. The technician (whose name I forget) who conducted my sleep test was also very kind, patient, thorough, and professional. Kudos to the staff for such an excellent job during these difficult COVID times. The staff at the clinic are amazing and deserve a raise!

Highly Recommended!!The amazing Yvonne helped walk me through the huge selection of equipment & accessories! I was worried at first until she made it easy to understand the importance of having a set up that works with your lifestyle. I can actually have my glasses on for reading before bed with the mask on, I would have never knew of the many options if she didn't take the time to explain! She also made me feel very at ease, she respectfully followed the covid-19 protocols and I even noticed her wearing two standard masks behind her shield! Amazing service and care!!Thank you!!

After the Vaughan Clinic Sleep study report findings, Yvonne was welcome with an optimism to help me understand my options, My old machine was "expired ", certainly old and recent developments to update the technology to help me were impressive especially since the sleep study was so detailed. Yvonne explained each of the models available : advantages and disadvantages or options that offer flexibility and ease. She answered all my questions, introduced concepts easily understandable, and demonstrated the product samples allowing me to handle or modestly operate to allow me to get comfortable and adapt to the device I would get. She answered my emails and followed up by calling me to explain and educate me on more details when I asked more question. The videos helped too.She had a very detailed approach ... and was thorough to meet the requirements of my benefits plan. Well done.Lee

Great experience with Yvonne Hong! I came to purchase my CPAP machine as a first time user. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about the CPAP. She made the interaction very informing and pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would refer anyone to her if they were to purchase a CPAP, especially for the first time.
