just replaced a passage door lever set: one handle fell off due to an internal mounting post breaking. replaced with a Winly set. Hope the rest of the Morgan handles in the house don't go the same way.

What a joke. I purchased a new condo with their door hardware I have had 3 failures in 2 years and would like replacement hardware. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox has been full for months .Maybe out of business, if not, they will be soon.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of these people? Their mailbox is full and no one will answer the phone.
