I brought my clothes, underwear, and socks. When I went to get my things, my underwear and socks were missing, they threw them away because they don't wash them and they didn't even tell me. Terrible laundry and terrible service. I lost $200 to buy back what they threw away. I would like to know who gave him the right to throw away paying customers' stuff.

I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. I tried them on and my measurements were taken. I absolutely ensured the pants touched the ground during the pinning process. When I picked the pants up and tried them on at home, my pants are now floods. An expensive pair of pants has now been ruined. Very disappointing. Obviously whoever did the job did not hem at the line pinned off.

Great job with dry cleaning. Have been using them for the last four years and have never had an issue. Didn’t have the best experience with alterations but they are excellent for dry cleaning and very kind people. Always friendly and welcoming.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I have been using this cleaners for over 19 years. We are absolutely satisfied with there customer service. They Always have a smile on their face when you walk in and are always ready to help. The staff is great and can always accommodate you at any time.

I've been using Moda Cleaners for over 20 years. I find no issues with their services or staff. If at any time I've brought something in that could potentially be a problem, they would tell me straight out, and I would decide what to do with it. I think customer service has been satisfactory. I have never thought about how I got treated, meaning it was fine. Overall, I find their work exemplary. Remember, it's been tough for many small businesses out there, and sometimes people are not at their best due to unfortunate circumstances, but at the end of the day, people have to make their own decisions when trying out a business and to read reviews. I'm good with Moda Cleaners and continue to take my clothes there. I wish you all the best.Service: Alterations
