I recently had a very positive experience bringing my 2015 Mazda 3 to Midas Woodbridge with a check engine light, drivability issue, long crank and rough idling. The team diagnosed the problem and replaced the high pressure fuel pump. I appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the process, and their price was fair. So glad switching from Mazda dealership shop to Midas Woodbridge for routine service as well. This is the best option to avoid dealer pricing. After calling multiple tire shops, Michael at Midas went above and beyond with how helpful and knowledgeable he is. I feel confident in my tire choice and I'm happy with the price after going through options thoroughly with this associate. Would highly recommend!

Even though the work required on my car was expensive this time, I feel I was treated fairly and informed of the cost beforehand in an honest manner. The service at the front desk was friendly and pleasant, and the mechanic working on my car showed me what had to be done, explained why and gave me options on when to complete the necessary repairs. Will return to this Midas location in the future.

Pathetic!!! Customer service.I have my appointment at 10:30 and that appointment took me 1 week to book. When I reached at location it was quite busy and there was an old MAN who was like 10 minutes late. Shows No interest in dealing with customers. The old man told me thank you. It clearly shows he is not interested.After a week of waiting and coming, he says it will take a while. Then what’s the point of taking appointments?? Rather I would go to canadian tire or a local garage to just check up. Waste of time and the worst customer service.

I’ve been going to Midas for about two decades now and I prefer their service to anyone else I’ve ever tried. Wonderful staff at the Woodbridge location! They keep me coming back. Highly recommend.

Horrendous customer service! Extremely rude & unprofessional. They couldn't even give me a proper quote... 1 day it's this price, the next day it's $50 more expensive & they have the audacity to ask why I'm calling? Never go to these guys!!!

Late to leave feedback but as I glanced over previous comments the feedback speaks for itself: 5 star shop. Was recommended the shop so I didn't hesitate to drive my vehicle over for a diagnosis and was genuinely glad that I did. From Mary managing appointments and doing her best to bring me over without my having to wait around to Mike who oversaw my diagnosis and repair I was thoroughly impressed. Very much an "old school" mentality about their daily routine and it shows: courtesy, respect, customer-first approach. Another satisfied customer who was back on the road quickly, the right repair for the right price, and no issues since. Thanks Midas Woodbridge!

If I could give infinity stars I would! I've been coming to this Midas for years and trust no other with my vehicles, I will drive as far as I have to! This entire team makes you feel welcome and the time always flies for me when I'm waiting.. sometimes I have to bring my kids too and they are so amazing with them . They are honest, letting you know what's a must fix now and what can wait! Special mention to Mike who has gone above and beyond so much for me and my family and I cant thank him enough!

Been coming here for years and the staff are great, honest people. I own a modified BMW coupe and recently put on my 19inch summer rims only after a couple of years, as I wasn’t driving much and decided to keep my winters on. After I personally installed the summers I noticed that my car was vibrating at high speeds and at times on hard turns - can hear my passenger rear rubbing. I took it here to get my wheels balanced and they identified that one of my front rims was actually warped with a slight imbalance. Since we found the problem they suggested it wasn’t necessary to balance my rears and saved me some money?. What was most appreciative of was that they were able to eliminate the rubbing by adjusting the coilover, something I know Canadian Tire wouldn’t do and I’m somewhat ashamed to even make that comparison. I know this isn’t a performance shop - but there are car enthusiasts here that know what they’re doing and thankfully was able to accommodate. Thank you to Joe the mechanic for helping with this and for younger Mike ? to allow that work to be done!I routinely take my BMW here for oil changes and am here on a Thursday morn taking my 2023 Audi Q5 for an oil change. Had a 10am appointment and they were on time - took in my vehicle at 10:10am.These are honest people, from the front desk to the technicians - I always have a feeling of comfort and trust coming here. Older Mike ? at the front desk is great. I can still remember 10yrs ago when I first came in and recall him offering his personal vehicle to customer who needed to run an errand. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that! 5 Stars all-around!

My wife had an amazing experience today. Our exhaust on our Subaru was hanging an inch from the road. They fixed the issue at no charge and ensured my wife felt safe. I cannot express my gratitude enough.Michael

The staff at this Midas location are the best you can ever find. Amazing customer service, genuine and no lies. They tell you exactly what to fix and what can wait. I've been with this shop for years and they never disappoint. I can't possibly go to any other mechanic for my auto needs.Thanks Midas Woodbridge.
