“Bought a suit for my brothers wedding as I was one of the groomsmen. The suit came with the blazer, slacks, and a white dress shirt. The suit is nice and it feels like good quality. The sales associates were pleasant to deal with and the suit arrived on time as promised. The only negative experience that I had is that whoever packed my suit into the black 4MU storage bag must have accidentally dragged a blue pen across the white dress shirt because I did not open the storage bag until the day of the wedding and I do not carry blue pens (or any colour pen for that matter) on my person or in my vehicle, so the only time that a blue pen mark could have been made on the shirt would have been at the store. I looked, and felt, a little silly wearing a suit with a blue pen mark on it at the wedding. I tried washing the shirt after the wedding but the pen mark is still there. Definitely not impressed. If 4 Men United is willing to remedy this shirt incident then I would likely return to purchase additional items for future needs as they do have some very nice sweaters, ties, and shoes that I was looking at while visiting their store.

Peter, one of the associates at 4 Men United went over and above to provide exceptional customer service to help remedy my situation. He gladly exchanged the dress shirt even after it had already been used for the wedding. The replacement dress shirt came brand new in a clear package so that there would be no chance for any sort of stains or markings to be present on the shirt. Peter was incredibly professional and showed a lot of empathy. I have quite happily increased my rating of 4 Men United to 5 stars (6 stars if it were possible!) I will definitely be returning to this store in the future when I require any new suits or elegant clothing for special events! Thank you very much Peter and 4 Men United team!”
