But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. “Got my mattress here, about a year ago I think, and have to say the woman working there is a godsend. I have BAD back pain and in the first few weeks of getting the mattress it felt the same if not worse! I learned this is because of years of having a bad mattress my body adjusted to it. New good mattress will force your spine back to good posture. Hurts but damn worth it. I sleep like a king now in my bed and don't wake up as sore as I once did. I will never be not sore, but this bed helped a ton!!!”

“First time for me trying the iconic Ikea Swedish Meatballs and honestlyyyyyy they were okay. I was hungry so yes I did devour it faster than I shouldve BUT they were as good as meatballs can be I suppose. The salad however, BAD! Girl why is raw zucchini being using on a garden salad. Also they only offered cherry tomatoes and zucchini for it. HUH? THATS IT? I need more than that mama, give me some red onions or peppers or maybe some feta orrrrrr idk CUCUMBERS? Anyways it was all pretty good. Very cafeteria…Also yesssss the shopping experience was amazing love shopping here its so fun.OH ALSO at the end we got ice cream and I got the strawberry soft serve and boy oh boy I almost creamed my pants it was so delicious. Despite initial reservations about conducting everything online, their exceptional customer service and attentiveness surpassed my expectations. When I visited their location in person, they went above and beyond by arranging delivery the next day and graciously waived the delivery fee. Their proactive communication allowed me to prepare for the delivery process smoothly. Despite a minor hiccup with a misplaced mattress protector (later found in the corridor), they handled the situation professionally, even providing photographic evidence of the delivery. Despite the slight embarrassment on my part, I hold them in high regard and would gladly do business with them again. As for the mattress itself, it certainly lives up to its worth and exceeds expectations.”

“So I just purchased a new mattress from sleep country in Bolton. We had Bill Edwards as our rep he was awesome not pushy whatsoever.He just move this around the showroom trying different mattresses explaining what the differences were it’s always nice when a sales person knows their products. I’m a sales professional and I try to make sure I can answer questions, truthfully and on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, and when we made observations or comments about the comfort of a given mattress, he said, OK let’s try this one, and that would improve our experience.
