All comments about rude customer service are correct. Just experience it.Updated: As he responded, it's not about bidet info he gave. It's his attitude. Asked him about Toto toilet 2 pieces in his showroom if he has in stock, he immediately direct to 1k toilet which I don't need. Then long lecture about bidet which again I don't need.

Highly recommend. Just completed a whole home reno. Early on, and after searching various options online for bathroom vanities and fixtures, I stopped into Luxury Bath and met Paolo. It took less than 5 mins to know I had found the right place. I got the sense immediately that he would supply me with the perfect blend of high quality and great value. We carefully planned three full bathrooms and a kitchen together. Not being a designer myself, Paolo was very helpful. I feel like a got a great deal, awesome service and a new friend. Grazie Paolo!

About 6 months ago, my husband came across this location and by chance, decided to go in and take a look. He was impressed by their charisma and helpfulness to find exactly what met our needs, both financially, with our envisioned decor and functionality. Our project got postponed over 6 months, but it was finally completed. The fixtures are absolutely exquisite, both in appearance and design! The rain shower and hand held have so much power and we didn't even update the waterline, so it's all thanks to the product! The water temperature control and handheld features are amazing! These products truly brought the whole bathroom together, what an oasis! Thanks guys, sorry for the late review!

Being a business owner, excellent customer service is extremely important to me. Paulo surpassed it without question with each and every visit. When my husband and I were shopping for faucets and fixtures for our home renovation, Paulo was there to help us every step of the way. He offered us great service, at a great price and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. It wasn’t about making the sale, but rather making a ‘happy customer’. Purchased a toilet 2 weeks ago from Luxury Bath and Kitchen Centre. My wife and I were very impressed with Dario and Paolo. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even opened the box to insure all parts were included before loading the toilet in our car. Great idea! Highly recommend them to anyone shopping for bath and kitchen fixtures/furnishings.

Paolo was a tremendous help expediting the replacement of a product damaged in transit. Very resourceful in resolving our issue, speeding up the process by months and making sure we were happy with the outcome. I will definitely use Luxury Bath for future projects. Thank you Paolo and Dario!
