I went to buy a duvet and cover and was helped my Abby and another lady. They were SO helpful and kind, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I would go back here for sure

Nice clean store with lots of quality items and great sale prices. Staff is friendly and Abbey is a sweet lady, she seems like a hard worker.

The wait time to pay is insane! There was no queue, they had 3 cahiers but the cashiers were extremely slow and just uninterested in working and rude. I waited almost 20 minutes for my turn and there was no one ahead of me. So disappointing. As much as I love there products in never going to this location again

Ordered 3 dinnerware sets online back in the beginning of August. When they arrived to my house (end of September- took a while) we could instantly hear they were shattered as the boxes sounded like sand.We went in store to exchange them and were told they would come in approx 2 weeks.Didn’t hear anything until this week (3 months after my initial order) when I called the store directly and they said “oh yes they are here”.Once again we had to visit the store and once again they arrived with cracks and chips. Staff at the store were as helpful as they could be, but all online communications did nothing to remedy the situation. Will not purchase from here again.

The store is very pretty and very well organized. I was very excited to purchase 2 pillows, a friendly sales rep recommended I take the down pillows, this was my first time purchasing a pillow, the rep told me I could bring it home try it and return it within 30 days. I brought the pillow home and my fiancé didn’t like it right away, we didn’t even get to try them, they simply didn’t have enough fill for him. 5 days after I came back to this location to return the 2 pillows and choose something else, the lady in the cashier had a very rude demeanour, I don’t think she wanted to make the return. As soon as I explained to her what I had been told when I made my purchase, she cut me off and called for the manager, told me to step aside so she could serve other clients. I patiently waited for 10 minutes and right then and there I decided I wasn’t going to buy from here ever again, I just purchased a home, I need to literally buy everything. The manager came and was actually very friendly, I explained to her what had happened, she authorized the return. The rude cashier processed the return asked me to sign the receipt I said thank you and she didn’t even open her mouth, turned around and went on to serve the next customer.The store is very nice but should really be more careful with who they have working in the cashier. It doesn’t take much to make a client happy, simple mannerism and politeness is enough.Thank you

I had a very bad experience with this location's customer service. I was continuously passed from one staff member to another, and it felt like nobody was interested in helping me. After spending a frustrating 30 minutes, I left without pushing what I wanted.

First time this location. Came here to return pillows that we bought from another location that we usually go to, they claimed a 48hrs return policy with not having anything online about it nor on the receipt. Made us go pack to the original store that we bought it from. No wonder reviews are bad for this location. Never coming back to this location. The lady at the counter (Simona) had an awful attitude and very hustile.

So unresponsible staffI had an online order I got email that items are ready to pick up.I took long distance to get my items when I reach there they said order is not ready yet.the other they i called them they said yeah your order is already ready to pick up. Agin i took long distance to picke up the items.Its so funny but they even didnt have any bag to put the staff?.This amazing brand should care more about customer service.I never come back to this store again.

Terrible customer service. It was my first time in this store. I took my daughter to pick out a comforter. We picked out a twin kid comforter and took it to the front desk and two ladies were chatting at the desk. When they stopped chatting, I put my purchase on the counter. One lady looked at my daughter and asked if the comforter was for her. I thought she was going to say what a great choice and how much she’d enjoy it. Instead she launched into saying how it would be too small for my daughter and she needed something bigger. I told her that it was fine and just what we needed and wanted. Instead of ringing it up she said fine but reiterated how it was much too small and she wouldn’t be happy with it because she needed a bigger one. I couldn’t believe that she wouldn’t just shut up and ring up the $80 comforter. I told her fine then if it wasn’t good enough then she’d lost the sale and I walked out. What a waste of time. How dare she pass judgement on the gift I was getting for my daughter and also leave me with such a negative feeling about trying to buy something in that store. I’ll never go again and neither will anyone else in my family.(I bought my daughter a $65 twin comforter at Walmart later that same day. My daughter had the choice of any size in the store and picked a perfect pink rainbow and unicorn twin size comforter that came with a little decorative pillow. She loves her new comforter and I got to be my own cashier at Walmart so I had no judgemental and negative salesperson ruining my day. Maybe linen chest should get some self check outs and fire that lady that vomits her unwanted opinion onto potential customers that an $80 overpriced twin comforter is not big enough for a 10 year old).

Their online system is complete garbage. I tried to place an order, got an error message telling to try again later but it turns out that the order did go through (CC was charged but no confirmation etc...). I went in stores and purchased the item.Eventually they found the order (that supposedly didn't go through), I went in stores to cancel it, which they did and 3 weeks later, I still haven't been refunded. Pathetic.
