Be careful they don’t care about us in anyway. They gave us the house unfinished. Window openers were broken when they gave us the house. Imagine the safety problem that can cause if something was to happen. Exterior brick was broken. Toilet paper holders broken. They don’t care even though we’ve already reached out to them. I rather you all be safer than sorry.I can almost assure you the 5 star below are lies. Either it’s them or it’s their team asking for the 5 stars.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUILDER. THEY TRYING TO LOOTING PEOPLES AND PLEASE DON’T BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM. THEY CHARGING ALMOST 40k extra at the closing Date in the name of Development Charges and Even we Had PDI and Home was not Fully Done yet and They Said we have to Close this without Counters and SinksThis is Ridiculous and Dont know where is Our Government to Control these kind of Greedy Builders

Pathetic home quality and customer service after you buy the house. It takes ages to respond to customer inspite of multiple follow up.

Do not buy from this builder. Avoid at all costs. $50K in extra hidden costs at closing. Finishings are less than average, this builder is nothing but a scammer.

Terrible quality builder. Not to mention they charged us over 35 thousand dollars in hidden fees at closing that we were not prepared for. They did this to hundreds of people who bought from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS. If I could give them a negative rating, I definitely would.

They are covering covid losses on the backs of their clients.

if i could give minus stars I would . We contracted a price in phase 1 in good faith there should be no increase going forward supplies/covid is the builder's problem. We're being hustled.

I had some initial usual property indirection observations which taken care by Adrian. He is a rockstar supporter. He resolved the problems within minutes.
