They are great. The owners treated me as if I was her own relative. Engaged in conversation. She even gave me tips to prepare for my trip to Italy. The gifts are work of arts. It would be very unfair of me if I did not give them a 5-star rating. I hope your business stands with the test of time because I will keep returning.

I went to Importer's Gifts to get an anniversary gift for my parents. The staff is amazing and really helpful, they were even able to squeeze in a last minute custom order for me. I will be going back here for all of my gift needs and recommending all of my family and friends to go as well!

Can't say enough about the fantastic service we received here!! Went there with a general idea of what we needed, they suggested several items, put together an idea for a gift basket for us with all the bells and whistles (they understood exactly what we needed). Picked up within 1 week and it was absolutely stunning! Everyone there is so kind and pleasant to deal with and they went over and above to help us out in a short turnaround time! Will be returning!! Anthony and his entire team have always delivered exceptional customer service and amazing quality items. Importer's Gifts has a huge selection of gifts for all occasions/ events. I have ordered many engraved decanters for gifts and they are always a huge success.Anthony and his team were so kind and patient when helping me select my wedding bombonieres. I was so beyond happy with the engraving for our 350 wedding bombonieres. Each was beautifully wrapped with ribbon, custom label and confetti. Thank you Anthony and team for always going above and beyond. Truly 5+ stars!
