I Came 1 minute before close and the cashier refused my business so he can leave, I’ve been going there for a couple years now he could of just sold me a cigar quickly.

Awesome customer service from Noor with her knowledge and suggestions on some Cuban cigars. We were in from the US and looking for a cigar place in the area and this did not disappoint!
We were able to get some great Cuban cigars for the week and had a great experience! We definitely will be back next time we’re in the area!

This large cigar store has a vast selection of international cigars at a reasonable price. The cigars are organized by country of origin along with one section dedicated to Rocky Patel and another to their extensive house blends.Unfortunately, finding what you want based on the familiar logos is difficult since the Canadian government, in its thwarted infinite wisdom, has censured all labeling and has mandated a ugly army green band be placed completely over all of the artistic cigar bands.Non the less, the friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you navigate the endless sea of camouflage to find your selection.

Product has always been good and fresh. They have a good selection as well. But even since Keon has been working there, the service is incredible. But to be honest, never really come to Havana Castle. Prices are just not competitive. 5 stars just for Keon alone.

Love most locations so I went here out of the 4 places I could make it to before their posted hours of 9 pm , I arrived at 8:40 like… if you post hours stick to them or change them. So I wouldn’t recommend this location
