“Good selection of "ltalian" foods. Prices are better than Longos or Fortinos. No deli counter or bakery but overall good selection of "boxed food" which is cheaper than the big two here in The Bridge.”
“I've never actually done grocery shopping at Nations, so I'm basically only reviewing the hot food section. These prices CANNOT be beat - $10.99 for a 2 item combo, and they really load it up. I wish I got a photo of how much meat they gave us, because it was no joke. It can easily feed two hungry people. You cannot get that much food for $10.99 anywhere else in the GTA anymore. The quality is also decent.
We also ordered some of the dishes individually. The beef ho fun ($5.99) wasn't the best, but for the price I wasn't expecting much beef anyways. The sweet and sour pork was solid. Overall, I'd highly recommend the hot food section if you're in the area for a cheap and tasty meal.
We also picked up a bottle of soy milk on our way out. Unfortunately, it had already gone bad, which we discovered when we got home. Hopefully this is a one time thing.”

“This freshco is quick with checkouts and always have all the vegetables all the fruits all the soups all the sauces everything under one shelf always stocked up whether it be breads, butters, eggs, curd, or anything else this place is a must and you will find ample of employees working there who are very friendly and will definitely help you on all the instances you need them I would highly recommend this place to everyone living within vicinity to go and grab your food and all.”
“Pricing used to be better, but this is due to inflation. They could use a rebranding or at least renovate the location with all the profits they have made. Instead, it looks outdated and cheap, although my receipt says otherwise.”
