The best pet store ever! We go there to buy food for our dog almost every other week. The staff is very nice, always welcoming, and loves our pet and other pets who walk into the store. The staff always helps choose the best product for your dog. I love how everyone is so happy to help everytime we go!

Just moved to Vaughan from NS and I must say this was the best customer service I’ve ever received. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me tons of samples since my dog is a super picky eater and the stress of moving took a toll of her appetite. My baby is finally eating and really love some of the samples. Will definitely be back!

Good selection of dog toys and treats. I think we picked a bad time to come in as there was no staff around after they greeted us. So it took a bit to be able to pay. They were very friendly tho.

Very nice associate. A nice collection of pet foods, toys, and more. I had no idea close to my place. There was such a good and convenient pet store. Reasonable price.

A friend recommended the store. The reason is that the items they sell have good quality.When I came here two weeks ago, the store staff was very kind to provide service and help.Today was the second time I visited. Two of the three clerks were very patient with answers and advice. I am a first time dog parent, so their help was very important. The third clerk also tried to help, however made me feel unwelcome. Maybe it was my own problem…

We come here for alot of stuff, particularly dogfood. Our pup is a chewer so Im always looking for items that will last & keep him motivated & happy. I buy the 50 sticks in a bag beefsticks regularly. My last visit the price doubled. Also I get the cheese sticks. These things have always been way over priced. 2 lrg sticks for 40 bucks is a disgrace. 20.00 I could live with. Ya we have to live with Justinflation but its gotten to a point where retailers & manufacturers are abusing it for not only profit but this Recovery of loss revenue because of the Covid scam & it has to stop!!On a good note the staff are always great & very helpful!

Nicole was amazing today her extensive knowledge of their raw food products was outstanding. 1st time I was there definitely going back. Overall staff helpfulness was a 10.

Some staff are very helpful and friendly which makes me come back more but sometimes the staff are pretty "cold" which make me confused .....tbh if they all act the same way it would be better...doesn't matter if friendly or you know...

Horrible inconvenient store hours. All retail stores in the city are back to pre-pandemic hours except this store. The store should at least stay open until 8pm on weekdays.Sales staff lack in product knowledge and in customer service.
