I often buy groceries here with my family, but this is the second time I have encountered rude employees at the self-checkout. I did not buy the product because they could not scan it, and simply silently put it aside with the words "I can't". No sorry, no goodbye!

Pharmacist was crass and unwilling to help or offer suggestions otherwise. She did not seem interested in addressing my questions or requests. I’ll happily pay more to take my business elsewhere.

I really enjoy shopping at Fortinos. They have a wide selection of products, and the fruits and vegetables are always displayed very cleanly and neatly. There’s also a good variety of cakes, and they taste quite good too. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to shop, and I’m always satisfied with the quality.

Fortinos Woodbridge is the best grocery store. The store is always fully stocked. The store is always clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Joey, the senior store manager is always on his "A" game, always greeting the customers and making certain that the customers are happy. The produce, meats, delis, and baked goods are always fully stocked, fresh, clean, and of the finest quality. I rate Fortinos Woodbridge 5 out of 5 mustaches. Tell'em that Uncle Carmine recommended you.

I visit Fortinos pretty often and always have a wonderful experience. One of the standout features of Fortinos is their exceptional bakery section. It's my go-to destination for the best carrot cake—better than any I've found in dedicated bakery stores. The cake is always moist, flavourful, and perfectly balanced, making it a delightful treat.
Their hot food section is another highlight, consistently offering fresh and delicious options. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick lunch or a hearty dinner, I can always count on their hot foods to be fresh and satisfying. The variety and quality of the dishes are impressive.
When it comes to groceries, Fortinos delivers decent freshness across their range of products. I've rarely been disappointed with the produce, and their selection is quite comprehensive. However, it's worth noting that the prices are a bit on the higher side. While this might be a drawback for those on a tighter budget, the quality often justifies the cost.

The parking lot is huge, the store is clean and the people are nice. The neighborhood looks safe. I had a quick snack in the coffee. Tons of options for snacks, desserts, and coffee.
