I would not recommend European Autobody and my experience with them has taught me to be cautious about trusting Google reviews. Not every positive review reflects the true quality of service.
I visited them in 2022 after hearing positive reviews online (along with Google reviews), especially regarding their status as the only authorized Ferrari repair shop in Canada. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and turned into a complete nightmare.
I faced numerous issues throughout the process, requiring multiple trips and wasting a significant amount of time. Here are some of the major problems listed with the other smaller issues omitted:
- My car was damaged while in their care, and I only found out about it due to my dash cam. I noticed unusual marks on the car exterior that weren’t there before, and other employees even stopped to look at my vehicle after hearing the loud bang that caused the damage in their shop.
- I made multiple trips to address the bubbling of the door trim tape they installed, which should have been done right the first time.
- The detailing job was subpar, resulting in significant buffer holograms on the paint that should have been avoided.
- Their technician assigned to my car seemed inexperienced, especially given the caliber of the vehicles they advertise they work on, such as Ferrari.
- The paint job on the replaced quarter panel was poorly executed, with the original color still visible (and some overspray/specks), as if they ran out of paint and decided to cut corners.
- The interior was left dirty, including stains on the headliner, which was unacceptable for a service of this nature.
- I witnessed one of their employees revving my car and doing wide open throttle blips around the shop. If I hadn’t had my dash cam, I wouldn’t have been aware of this reckless behavior.
- While the manager tried to address my concerns, certain parts of my car were not fitted correctly flush. Their technician informed me that it was the best they could do, which was disappointing.
- They drained my car battery by leaving a door open, although they did replace the battery afterward. Still, it was an inconvenience I shouldn’t have had to deal with.
- During subsequent visits, I noticed their policy changed to disable power to the dash cam, which raised my concerns about transparency.
This experience may be an anomaly, but it was truly frustrating and unprofessional. They had one chance to make a good impression, and they failed.

Incredible service and quality work. Bumper looks better than the original paint match to the fenders and hood. Highly recommend this Body Shop with state of the art technology

European AutoBody is CAA approved and also Tesla approved. It’s a very professional auto body shop. Everyone that we dealed with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, Sarah, Victoria, Marco, Manny and the ones who worked diligently behind the scene. We would highly recommend European Autobody to our friends and families.

Suren helped me out. 100/10 service. My rear bumper was damaged and they replaced it neatly, paint is perfect and the detailing is clean.

Absolutely abysmal service, unable to provide a simple quote for a replacement bumper, plus install and paint. I kindly requested several times by phone and then responded to their text message process indicating my exact requirements. Their quote process is flawed and the owner should be aware of how they're conducting business, because ultimately it's costing them business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They should be de listed as an authorized Tesla body shop, I'll be providing this feedback to Tesla directly as well

I was very impressed with my experience at European Autobody. Victoria welcomed me to the facility after my car accident and provided very professional customer service. She was aware of the progress on my repair over the following days and was very helpful. Brian is very experiemced and went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and made a significant difference in my experience. My car was returned perfectly repaired, buffed, detailed and looked amazing. I highly recommend Victoria, Brian, and the exceptional team at European Autobody.

I picked up my Audi SQ5 today, and wanted to send a note of thanks & recognition. Your team is top notch - Victoria, Sarah, Sandra, Marco (and I'm sure I am missing many others) had the utmost empathy, professionalism, attention to detail and care in every interaction with me. In my opinion, they are each assets to your organization. And the technicians are amazing...the work completed is truly flawless.
We had all experienced quite a frustrating journey caused by my insurance company, and despite all of that, the European AB team made me feel at ease and was proactive in their communication & resolution of the matter. It felt good knowing the team had my back.
