This location (Steeles, West of Yonge on North side) was clean. Poor selection of inventory though. Literally, 0 out of 3 things my wife wanted to buy for work (waterplay based items). Thankfully, the location near Weston Road and Hwy 7 at the Colliseum movie theatre plaza had everything we wanted and more!!

At Dollarama, an older lady at the cash register was extremely rude and disrespectful. She asked me to come to the cash, and I said it was okay. She then asked why I was staring at her and what I was going to do about it. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. This isn't the first time I've encountered rudeness from this Dollarama staff. All I did was say "no," and she responded with an attitude. Why is she so rude to customers?

Terribile customer service
The lady working at counter was very rude when we asked for help. Yelled at me for no reason in front of other customers. She asked to put the scanned stuff on the different side. This wasn’t the first time I went to dollarama. I know how to scan items . Because we had to delete the item thats why we asked for help . But never going there again.

They did not have the chamomile tea (3 crown) I love. Bought a different brand. Third store no in stock. Wish they would have ordered more.

One of the worst stores I've been to. There isn't any customer service or satisfaction. Nobody is there to help you, hence you are on your own.Don't even dare asking for help.The lady in the evening shift is rude and disrespectful. We bought stuff for 200$ plus and were arranging it in different bags which we bought. This woman had the audacity to come tell us that we were sleeping over it as we took sometime arranging things. Let me tell you guys the store was empty and there was no one in the queue after us.Never visiting again and request everyone here to boycott this store.We don't need places where basic respect isn't served. The other reviews too talk about every staff being disrespectful.
