My very rare one star review goes to… this branch. The most horrible customer service. Bought over $150 worth of Halloween-themed materials with an exchange (the following day) due to wrong sizing. The supervisor in charge handled the matter abrasively and rudely. The Manager did not make an effort to listen or resolve either.
Not worth my time for $4.99 to escalate the matter further. But I do want to share a suggestion. @Dollarama - Please check how your employees relate and deal with customers and handle/resolve issues in the supervisory and managerial positions here. As customers, we rely on them to help, assist and handle situations calmly and objectively.

I came today to buy a glue gun, I asked an old Indian lady to help me find it , I asked her twice and she ignored me then third time she said " what do you want , don't you see I'm working" what kind of behavior is that? Useless lady with a bad attitude

We were looking for supplies and some random worker started to record us and we felt uncomfortable and it was weird having someone follow us across the store with some worker recording us. We didn’t like being recorded without our consent.

Every dollarama accept air miles but this store they don’t accept airmiles. Today there is an 10 bonus airmiles offer on dollarama.I went there manager said we don’t accept/scan airmiles.

Manager is a mean WITCH-I called in today advise the store that they processed my gift card and took my cash but the card was useless. The transaction said cancelled but didn't see it till later. SEE ATTACHED WHERE THE RECEIPT SAYS NOT COMPLETE BUT THEY TOOK MY $25.00.Called the store and a nice lady answered. She put me onto the manager who has zero people skills. She was the whole time deflective and curt with me. I told her she should not be manager of the store as she has the worst people skills.Best part was that she hung up on me while I was talking. I had to call back 5 times and then she picked up. She answered the phone so rudely because she knew it was me. She told me that the phone disconnected which was a lie. She refused to work with me and told me to call head office. She gave me their WRONG email on purpose and I had to tell her the correct one.She wouldn't listen and try to work with me to see if their till was over on the date that they took my money and gave me a shoddy card.I have contacted head office but they are probably short staffed and she knows it. I will be pursuing this and escalating it.I am still out the money for my gift card.SHE DID ADMIT THEY WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH GIFT CARDS, BUT THEN TURNS INTO A WITCH WHEN CUSTOMERS ASK FOR THEIR MONEY BACK. Bush League.
