Unfortunately, life has brought us to DeMarco too many times in the last bunch of years. During these difficult moments, the staff always displayed empathy, kindness, and compassion. Every effort was made to patiently attend to every detail and support the family in every way possible. In this day and age, we can easily get lost,and blinded by fancy displays, and over the top presentations , but what really speaks and stays with us is the genuine warmth, and sincerity that is shared. We are very grateful to all the staff. You honoured our loved ones in a very special way.

We hit a stumbling block (church related)which you turned into a non issue. Our mom's passing required a lot of travelling through Mississauga and Toronto. Both areas are a disaster to drive in. A review I never thought to write, but on behalf of the Barbieri Family, we must share the incredible experience we had, during such obvious emotional stress as arranging a funeral. The staff was so attentive, caring and respectful from the moment of our first call and need of house services and transportation, the two that came to the house were of utmost professionalism and patience, we can't express enough how sensitive they were to the situation they were arriving to. Alicia was incredibly compassionate to work with as our first contact; Mackenzie's attention to detail in every aspect, and Chris' organizing our final day and final goodbye. The team was very family focused and were there was literally nothing we needed to ask once the process was in motion. They took care of everything, expediently, professionally and we are extremely grateful to them and could not have expected the comfort and warmth they shared.
