Coventry North and their entire staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Daniel Seow my sales rep was knowledgeable, attentive, on point and readily available at all times for any questions I had. Steve (Siavash) Rabbani, the sales manager was top notch and always made me feel at home. Both gentlemen were fantastic and I could not recommend them more. Abby Ranallo and Alicia Nguyen, the handover specialists, were amazing , each knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the features on my new purchase. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from this fantastic team.

Experience was smooth and excellent thanks to Daniel(Sales specialist) and Alicia( handover specialist), both very efficient and knows their field well;Test driving was quickly arranged and multiple cars were available to try. They prepare handover experience very well. Also very nice friendly people; gave me some gifts after purchase. Moreover car quality is nice at this dealership.

I brought my Evoque in for service and I have to say the customer service I received from Tibor Muresan from Service has been phenomenal. There were some issues that were identified with my car and some that could not be verified at first, however Tibor didn’t give up and eventually found the cause for my concerns. All the issues have now been addressed and I want to thank Tibor for communicating with me at various points, respecting my time, completing the work efficiently and ultimately making my experience a very positive one. 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased a Range Rover velar and had the pleasure of working with the sales representative Daniel. I must say that the service was a A++. He was so professional, helpful and the communication back and forth while I was waiting for my velar to arrive exceeded my expectations and was outstanding. He went above and beyond to through out the entire process.
