Do not ever use these people. After dealing with them,I would rather wait in line at Costco on the busiest day of the year with the grumpiest people than deal with this atrocious pharmacy.It all started when I transferred all of my prescriptions to them and they never filled them. Almost 2k of drugs a month, you think they would be glad to get my money, but no. Two weeks went by, after I requested my eligible prescriptions to be filled, and not a single drug had come in the mail and no communication from themThey did not call me, email me or send me a message in a bottle. Literally no communication.I was finally able to get a human on the phone. As soon as they answered they were rushing to get me off the phone, I had to call back to get a non-scripted answer from them "updates are available on the website". (FYI, no they are not, the mail order part of the website is practically nonexistent.)I ended up having to email them to get an answer. They told me my prescriptions were put on hold because people don't usually transfer and request all to be refilled at once. Disregarding the fact that yes, they were all eligible to be refilled.So, instead of calling me or emailing me or sending smoke signals, they just said "too bad so sad". No responsibility, no owning up to it.The fact that they have no name signature on their emails speaks volumes, this has probably happened before and they want to remain anonymous in case of repercussions.I literally went a whole week without any drugs because this terrible place dropped all the balls.Shame, shame, shame!
