It’s very convenient to pick up medication from costco - drop off prescriptions, shop at costco, come back to pick up medicine. It usually takes about 30min to get medicine ready. Also, the prescription fee is always low!

The employees of this specific location are pretty rude. i paid for my groceries, and accidentally one box of strawberries fell out of the cart. I was told to pick them up (whatever went on the dirty floor) as according to the Costco employee "there is nothing wrong with the berries". I did not ask to replace the box, I just them to help cleaning so customers do not slip on them. when I said that I do not eat from the floor, the employee expressed so much attitude that I have 0 desire to come back to this location.

Like any other Costco Warehouse, it has ample parking spots available in front the warehouse and it's a one-stop-shop for all your groceries, home accessories, and gardening. Great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy products, deli, etc. You just need to choose the time of your visit wisely as it's busier during afternoons/evenings and you need to stay in lineup for checkout or you'd have trouble finding parking spot.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to change winter tires, which were bought at Costco, for all seasons, when arrived customer service refused to do it, because it was for Tesla , even though they knew in advance, the most unprofessional service I have encountered for a long time

This location opens about half an hour before their posted scheduled time. It's not very busy in the mornings and great to so in when it's quiet, although it does get very busy in the evenings. They also still serve chicken wings in the food court which is a great value.

Happy with Location, hours of operation and quality of what you get; staff inside warehouse super helpful and seem happy. Tire Centre us TopNotch service with great prices. Lunch sitting area is quick & affordable. Just gas express bar outside needs some management supervision & retraining. Yappy Female Staff holds up line gabbing with customers about their pets in car. "move it along" She's just not effective worker, youve been warned. Avoid that line.

Always been curious about Costco ice cream. I went for the popular vanilla and chocolate swirl. First impression portion size is huge (as the rest of the portion sizes at Costco). However taste wise - I didn't think it was that great. Didn't taste horrible but I feel like the flavour was faded. I think ice cream trucks and McDonald's ice cream cones taste a lot better. I think it's still worth to try for the experience!!

The pharmacy fee is the cheapest at $4.49 which I really appreciate. To save time I would recommend using their phone refill service, otherwise it seems to be a minimum 40 minute wait for everyone. I would not recommend using this pharmacy if you need medication urgently (i.e. pain medication prescription after a wisdom teeth surgery) upon dropping off the prescription if you are uncomfortable with the wait time.As a note about COVID-19 protocols, as of the date of this review customers that are only here for the pharmacy need to wait in line outside with everyone else to enter the Costco warehouse. I was instructed by staff to grab a shopping cart (for social distancing) and get in line. The line does go by quickly, but it is something to consider if you are a senior who cannot wait outside for an extended period or are uncomfortable being in the line up.

Clearly they do not care about clients and do not respect other people's time. Told me the prescription will be ready in 40 minutes. They knew it was urgent, after surgery meds. I came back after 1 hour and 50 minutes, and it was not ready, " they are working on it". They have not even started to dispense until I came back. The pharmacy did not seem to be busy, no line ups. Just lack of proper business ethics.

This is an exemplary pharmacy with staff that really care for their patients. They were doing a phenomenal job before the pandemic, and really shining through during it. Thank you to all the frontline staff!

Extremely inefficient organisation. I ordered some medications for the next day. When I came next day to pick it up it still WAS NOT READY YET. Was told to wait for 5more minute, which turned out to be 30min - in fact they simply ignored my order when I p llaced it.
