My elderly father spent over 2000 dollars on winter tires for his new vehicle and got an appointment to put them on scheduled weeks in advance. We go and wait 2 hours only for them to tell us they don’t have the correct sized lug nuts to do it there. We ask to have the rims balanced in the tires and we will just do the rest at home. We wait another 30 minutes in customer service to get the vehicle back. Then we try today to put them on ourselves before the massive storm coming only to find that they only balanced 3/4 tires and we have to go back. Some how less than the bare minimum was managed! Way to go

10/10 Tony and the lady at the front were Great
I unfortunately had a screw in my tire, brought my car Tony assessed the tire and screw location to see if it could be repaired as it was right on the border of repairability. It was then determined it wasnt they unfortunately did not have the tire in-stock hence I had to go to another Costco that wouldn't be able to put the tire on till Tuesday though it would have been a 2 hr commute during the weekday in traffic. I took the tire back to this location and they were able to squeeze me in as it was a short job though after a little bit of a wait which I didn't mind BC I could get it done in the same day. The lady at the front also was great I unfortunately didn't catch her name though she spoke Spanish. She helped me relax after running around the whole day and added to the great experience at this Costco.

Although I had booked an appointment many weeks in advance, upon arrival they told me they will not switch my all season tires with winter tires because they are "run flat tires". I have a BMW X5 and I have purchased my winter tires from CostCo. They should have mentioned this on their website instead of wasting people's time!!!Always double check with them before going to this location for changing tires or go somewhere else...

tire repair/patch. Don't waste your time to book appointment online with filling your vehicle's information.Very very bad attitude, The car mechanic shouted at me in the phone at first to find my car. I was sitting in my car just beside the garage door!!! He never came out to try to find my car!!!That guy has no patience. Without looking, he asked me the wheel lock. I must admit, I don't know at first. But it should be in the back, which is correct the day I went to another place to do tire patch. He said he cannot repair it without the lock.OK. Then he said he won't repair it. He will cancel the service. I said one work then he said hundreds very angry without any patience. The last sentence he told me was to buy new tires at the front desk.OK. I won't go to this place except I have bought tires from them. But I won't!!!!!!! Anyway, I won't continue my membership this year onwards. I feel I rarely go to costco to buy anything these years.

Poor service.I was late for my appointment around 10m, before I went there. I've called 5 times for explaing enexpected traffic jam but never answer. When I met a staff, no smile , no listening my situation. Just stand and check his watch and waiting 5 minutes without any saying. After 5 minutes, he said 'you are late 15 minutes so You can't any service'. It is craze. I tried that I have appointment otherday but he said that I can't in 2 month and give some joke. I know they are busy and it is my fault. I never go there.

I love it here, I feel like there are a lot of people on the weekends, but during the week, 5 pm is a good time to do your shopping.

The employees of this specific location are pretty rude. i paid for my groceries, and accidentally one box of strawberries fell out of the cart. I was told to pick them up (whatever went on the dirty floor) as according to the Costco employee "there is nothing wrong with the berries". I did not ask to replace the box, I just them to help cleaning so customers do not slip on them. when I said that I do not eat from the floor, the employee expressed so much attitude that I have 0 desire to come back to this location.

Like any other Costco Warehouse, it has ample parking spots available in front the warehouse and it's a one-stop-shop for all your groceries, home accessories, and gardening. Great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy products, deli, etc. You just need to choose the time of your visit wisely as it's busier during afternoons/evenings and you need to stay in lineup for checkout or you'd have trouble finding parking spot.
