Thank you to the amazing people at Clore Beauty and Vaughn especially Geraldine. She has been so helpful in the process of helping me look for products in order to dye my hair extensions. From bringing multiple color swatches, to recommending we stand outside in the natural light so I can see the colors better and holding so many things in her hand in the process.I cannot emphasize enough how important having great customer service as a business is for the livelihood of a business and the experiences people have.Geraldine has been such a relief in terms of knowing and providing great customer service. I highly recommend this location because the employees are out of this world amazing thank you so much.

My name is SusanaI am a long time customer of CloreI am a white women with a lot of hair issues… mainly alopecia.Clore, had been my go to because it has been geographically convenient…. That’s it!!GTA and surrounding locations has made it convenientI have, over the past few years, resort to online shoppingCheaper? Yes!!!But to me.., that meant giving up that one on one interaction that I find so important when shopping for something so personal, so intimate like a wig or a hair piece.I gave clore another shot today…out of desperation! Last minute type of scenario.Guys!!! Ladies!! Customer service is everything!I am willing to pay a few extra bucks just to have that solid experience!Stephanie! (Sorry if that is not the correct way to spell your name) she was so kind!She helped me without hesitation, without judgment. She was just what I call the epitome of kindness.I felt for the first time in years going to clore just normal, wanted and acknowledged.She should be giving classes to the employees on how to treat customers.I will go back to this Vaughan location just to have her guide me and show me my options.Thank you my dear… you have given me the courage to go back to this company that I lost long ago! Keep up the good work and never ever loose that amazing personality of yours!! Clore is lucky to have you!

Geraldine and Victoria gave me an amazing experience during my last visit. Victoria went out of her way to offer assistance before I even asked her for help. Geraldine was very accommodating. She was friendly too. They were just amazing.

I was genuinely greeted as I entered the store by Tiffany and Akayla who then provided great customer service on the floor and at checkout. They were both so pleasant! And it was refreshing to see that they were trusted to manage the registers - something not always seen at these stores and fot that you will get my business again.

This place will close before 7pm. I got there at 6:50. Drove 35 minutes to this location. To find out that it was closed. I arrived the same time as 3 other cars. Wondering why they would close on a Friday early.
