I was raised in an Italian household, and my mom made home made sausages which were amazing. The sausages at Centro are the closest things I've found to my mom's home made ones. They are well seasoned and flavourful. We get both the sweet and the hot. I also love that if you get veal cutlets, they tenderize them for you!
