They promised next day delivery in order to get out sale and then when we called the next day, they said it won't be until the week later. The sales rep Adib lied and did nothing after our concern. Do NOT purchase from this company. Very poor experience.

If I could rate a zero I would. My husband and I had purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher with Adib. He knew I needed a washing machine quickly and said he had all our appliances in stock and can ship next day. I asked multiple times "are you sure delivery is tomorrow?" and he went on to say how truthful he was and to take his word. Well, he lied. I now have to wait 5 days for my appliances I so desperately needed. Not a happy customer. I do not appreciate when a sales person lies to get a sale.

We purchased a Frigidaire over range microwave from CAS on November 20th 2023. They directed us to their contractor to have it installed. Their contractor installed it on November 22nd and said that there appears to be a motor problem with the microwave that causes it to be very noisy when the fan is running. He told us it was not an installation problem so we have to contact CAS.We immediately called CAS and spoke with their customer care department to let them know. They told us that it is not their issue, it is a manufacturer problem so we have to call Frigidaire. They did not offer any sort of compensation, rectification, apology or even any kind of accountability for selling us a faulty product. Their exact words were "once you leave the parking lot any issues are the manufacturer's issue."I would strongly recommend not buying anything from this business as they take absolutely no responsibility for making sure they are selling you a product in working order and no accountability if mishaps like this happen. We are now just hoping that Frigidaire can resolve the issue.

Update, now its the time to rate the service. The dishwasher has been broken for about a month and its been a month we are waiting for tge service! Even if you choose to buy from them dont pay extra for guarantee, its absolutely useless!

If I can give a zero rating, I would. CAS delivery department are frauds. They threatened to return my order to the store because it did not fit. Yet when they asked for $100 extra, they would make it fit. And they did! So they lied about it not fitting. The second delivery, the same thing happened, but this time I did not pay the fraudsters, so they returned it back to the store. I called their Customer Care Team numerous times and they don't CARE. Nobody returns my calls. The customer service is horrible. The sales team is horrible. I had to take this to the Quebec Consumer Protection Office and make a formal complaint.

I would do everything in your power to avoid this company. We bought a brand new LG fridge from them a month ago, and when it was finally delivered, it had dents all over it. Their customer service has been just short of appalling. Someone finally came to replace the doors on the fridge and now the ice machine doesn’t work properly. I would never ever shop at this store again, and I regret giving them my money in the first place.

Excellent pricing from Inder, very helpful. Received my Midea Dryer just now. The delivery guys were on time and placed my dryer in the basement "Excellent Job". Great Service and I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

We bought 5 appliances… this place had good selection, decent prices, and service was pretty good too. The salesperson was knowledgeable, they kept out appliances at the warehouse as long as we needed, delivery was arranged promptly, and everything just worked well, with no surprises.

Very happy with the purchase of a new LG fridge at CAS.Sale person was very professional, delivery was good,and the fridge was in perfect condition,so far is working good.Hope i don't have to use my extended warranty.

Inder was great. I knew the product I wanted when I went in and he didn't try steering me in a different (or more expensive) direction, which was refreshing. Delivery guys were equally great. Fast and efficient!

Update:In reply to the message from CAS, there is no order number as this is not in regard to an order issue. Please consider reading the entire review below before posting a response.Showed up at 10am to be met with a closed store even though 9:30am is written on their hours. Called in to customer service and they weren’t sure why they were closed as well. They forwarded me to one of the four employees that were supposed to be there but no answer. Their negligence cost me almost 2 hours of my day. Unfortunate situation, will not return.

The delivery service was good. However, once product received waited the 5 hours to plug in as was told to do by the delivery team.Once plugged in the Samsung Refrigerator RA24bb6600QLAA waited another 2 hours so the fridge could get cool and that did not happen. BEWARE once appliance is plugged in CSA are not responsible! it goes directly to the manufacturer in this case Samsung. I had to call service and they had to provide a ticket number to have a Samsung technician come. I had to call twice already. They can't find a technician to come and repair so now what. CSA won't take the fridge back and provide me a new one, no refund. Can't get a technician to repair. My food has spoiled...What is wrong here. This is a terrible situation and no one really cares and takes responsibility. How on earth can some one now if the fridge was going to or not going to work without plugging it in. As a distributor they should take responsibility and take the fridge back and send it back to Samsung or whoever the manufacturer is for any product they sell. Very disappointed and would not use them again for any product.***UPDATE***Still waiting to get a technician still waiting to get approval for a new one still waiting for something to happen!!!!!Please understand I received a defective appliance period. I called CSA right away to notify them!!! There is not reason to fact-check. It doesn't work...it doesn't cool. I have sent pictures, filled out Return Authorization, I have provided more than enough information to all involved. You have left me AND my family without a working fridge which is a necessity. I have had to reach out to CSA, Samsung and now to the repair center that Samsung deals with. Why do I need to go through this because of this 1 year manufacturer warranty once plugged in which you keep failing to mention in this case. You literally took my money and I'm left with the stress and frustration to deal with all this mess. It's nice when you purchase a new appliance and everything is great. BUT AGAIN BEWARE YOU PLUG IN THE APPLIANCE (S) IT DOESN'T WORK THEY GET YOU WITH THE 1 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY!!!! LOOK OUT!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY NO SUPPORT AND HUGE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY. I'm exhausted dealing with this mess. All I want is take back this Samsung Bespoke Fridge and replace it with a new one or a new Fridge different manufacturer or a REFUND!!!!! How long will it take for CSA to hear back from Samsung????
