Ordered a Magnaflow exhaust for my 2002 Mustang GT 2 weeks ago and it still has not been processed. Sending messages and having no response... Not sure they can handdle the orders from their website. Looks more like a garage to me...
Finally had a response the day after this review, upgraded my review to 3 stars.

In today's society, customer service plays a crucial role in the success of a business. It is the frontline of communication between a company and its customers, and the quality of service provided can make or break a customer's experience. However, when a customer is met with negative and disrespectful behavior, it can leave a lasting impact and tarnish the reputation of the business. This was unfortunately the case for me when I had an encounter with Hottexhaust.com, a company that specializes in exhaust parts.
If there was a way to give Hottexhaust a negative star rating, it would be -100. My experience with their customer service agent was nothing short of appalling. Instead of receiving the resolution I was seeking for my exhaust parts, I was met with prejudiced comments and insults directed towards my ethnicity. It is disheartening to see that in this day and age, businesses still partake in discriminatory behavior, especially when it comes to serving their customers.

I only do negative reviews if its truly deserved otherwise I just take my money elsewhere but now going on 12 days they recieved the item and no refund. They sent defective and incomplete parts to begin with then take forever to refund. I had to call chase to get my money back cuz they don't respond to emails and on the phone they say one thing and do another. Just go straight thru magnaflow and have a local shop weld it up for u. Its cheaper and less hassle.

Incredibly disappointed with HottExhaust I Was excited when ordering a Magnaflow Catalytic Converter for my Honda after being stolen. The price was great, the shipping was advertised as "3 days", But it wasn't what I was thinking Magnaflow is posted everywhere on the site and my search was for high quality Catalytic Converter compete with all the hardware awesome. They didn't ship on time 4 weeks later and I received the Converter not a Magnaflow no name brand very poor welds and it did not fix correctly in fact I had to cut it and reweld it to fit. No warranty card no real way to return it without losing everything after reading the other reviews and BBB so I got robbed by the thief's who stolen my Cats in the first place and now by Hottexhaust who sold me a poor quality Catalytic. I search their address on google maps and it's a different building what a joke. I will always do my research before I buy anything online. You been warned.

After receiving the wrong part which based on the description appeared to be the complete part only to remove my original part and they didn't match, so I tried to return it, however their RMA "REQUIRED" and packing list and a stream of other demands. After reaching out to them both phone and email they said they'd send it, but they didn't. They went dark after that and I couldn't send it back due to the very limited return window. the customer service reps were also very rude and difficult to talk to (no soft skills). If you have any possible reason you might need to return something don't go through these guys.

I was skeptical and nervous when ordering Magnaflow catalytic converter from Hottexhaust due to all the bad reviews posted on Yelp, but I was wrong.I can only speak for my experience of ordering Magnaflow catalytic converter from Hottexhaust, but it worked out great. The shipping was fast(5 day ground via Fedex), and the catalytic converter literally shipped out from Magnaflow's warehouse in Oceanside, California, not from Canada or Delaware.My car is in the auto shop being fitted with new catalytic converter right now. So what's not to like? Fast shipping and a big discount over other places.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I called them since they had a 20% discount. I asked for the upper and lower/front and back cats only which are sold separately. I was told that requires a lot of modifications and was told to buy the more expensive one which has the resonator and all the piping "otherwise it will not fit your car and you would have to pay 25% restocking fee to return the ones that are sold separately. the full package is called plug and play you can even put it on yourself". So I accepted their recommendation since I am not a mechanic and end up paying over $2,551.00 for an after market Cats. BTW, I found out later that I could of bought the original OEM from Toyota for about $2,100.00 (shop price). I got the item and took my car in, they took out/Cut may old Cats and when we opened the box and they were going to install it. I was told and showed 1- the part that is bolted to the engine is not welded completely and you could see through it therefore they end of cutting it and modifying it with my old one. 2- the washer for the same area that connects to the engine was incorrect so they end up using another/my old one. 3- the resonator and piping did not fit the car and in order to make it right they would had to do so much modifications therefore we end up using my old ones. I documented everything called and left them a detailed message also send them 6-7 emails which included all the documentation and video clip. no response as of now.

Easily the worst online shopping experiences I've had. My product was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days. After waiting three weeks for my order to arrive, I called and a very defensive and entitiled customer service rep told me that I had to wait another 30 to 45 days for my order because it is on back order. I asked why they did'nt tell me that when I placed my order, and the conversation went downhill from there becuase Chris was too defensive to answer any questions properly. I cancelled my order and hopefully they will refund me properly at least!

Ordered the MF high flow cats for my 1st gen RDX, great price, excellent quality! Spoke with Chris who was awesome and able to accurately advise on time in transit. Thanks Hott Ex. / Can Cat Team! Highly recommended!!

These guys are garbage, do not buy anything from them. They sell an inferior product with bad welds and will not honor their warranty. Magnaflow will not warranty their catalytic converters that they weld their misfired brackets on. Check around and you will find tons of bad reviews like mine.

This place is a rip-off. After stringing me along they seemed to have disappeared. Had to get my refund through PayPal. You should avoid at all costs.

I returned a catalytic converter wrong part cost me $30.00 to return took over 3 weeks to get a refund sent 3 Email many calls the phone would just ring Talked to Chris twice to get my refund and finally received my refund I have asked for a break down of my return never received it I minus the discount i was shorted $81.30 poor customer service on on returns and still have not received text or call on the charges.

I ordered a California compliant Magnaflow Catalytic Converter online and paid for it. They contacted me to let me know that that item was not in stock but that they had a different CARB Cat. in stock that would work for my car. They said they would ship it and then refund me the difference in price. I received the Cat. but I have never received the refund for the price difference. The Magnaflow was $1200 the Cat. they sent me was only listed for $671. Basically they are keeping the difference. They won't respond to my emails or phone calls about the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone with these sorts of shady business practices. This is theft plain and simple.

Idiots! Have the car apart, only to find the part they sent is defective. They sent me a return label saying 'we're unable to send you the right part'?? Probably because they're shop is so busy fixing all the other mistakes they sent out. Don't use them-customer service is horrible, abrasive attitudes from both Chris and John, slow shipping(supposedly 2 day), parts are junk. Buy from reputable parts dealer. Not worth the discount dealing with these clowns.
