I am paying $275!!!! For a 10x10 but they are renting it out on their website for $100!!!!! Are you kidding me?! I have called and no one helps absolutely no one. What kind if business is this and to top it off they washrooms and disgusting and the garage is always dirty! All they say is call this number so someone can help you, no one helps, they all say sorry and we will have someone call you back and no one calls!!! Sharks!

I had a great experience with smartstop self storage. The staff specifically one Srilankan guy was incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure with all the cameras and gated access . I also found the prices to be reasonable, and the location was super convenient for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable self-storage.

We came over to see a storage unit. Hasitha was very helpful in explaining all aspects of renting a unit. The process of renting a unit was very seamless. The unit itself is great as it’s climate controlled, and easy access to a covered loading dock.

I booked my unit on line and when I arrived at the location my requirements changed. The unit I booked on line was too small for our new requirements..The rep suggested I try their other location that was up the street. He checked on line and confirmed the space I required was available..I changed my location and was greeted with an equally professional rep. She took me through a tour of the facility and made the account setup a breeze.
