I initially was going to let this go but decided it best to warn others.
Dropped off my wedding dress in it's lovely white bag and nice hanger from the bridal shop I had bought it from. However when I went to pick up my dress I was told that they had "lost" my hanger and bag and he had put my dress in a grey, stained bag from a different bridal shop. I was frustrated but running late for an appointment so didn't have time to deal with this but it has continued to bother me.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that better care is taken with the items you drop off, particularly in the case of something as important as a wedding dress.

I've been coming to this excellent dry cleaner for years now--probably around 18 or so, and they've been excellent. They did an exceptional job with my wedding dress, and I have no complaints. Always super friendly, they even will help carry my dry cleaning to my car. Wow! They do an excellent job, they've done things super quickly for us when needed and always with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend Black Tie Cleaners to anyone.

We’ve been coming here for years. Now its far from our house but worth the piece of mind. Even had my wedding dress dry cleaned here a few years ago. They never cease to amaze me. Always going the extra little mile. I had forgotten to mention the ripped button, but he found it in the pocket and fixed it! Amazing!

I have been using him for over 10 years. Nothing but good servie! He remembers my name and usually has my dry cleaning hanging ready for me as I walk in.

if i can give 0 rating i would. the owners are asian, and not a nice one. i'm asian myself, so i thought i wanted to support also i did came here before for pant alteration and suit dry clean for my brother before. this time it's a canada goose jacket that i've postpone to clean due to other negative reviews online for damaged the item.
i came i gave them the jacket and said they don't have to clean the fur trim on the hood. the guy said they've worked on many cg jacket so i leave it for them with trust. when i came to pick up the jacket, i found the jacket's fur trim was torned (like its going bald). pieces of fur was i stroke it. i went to his attention and he said he did everything right and it's not his fault (and it's my fault?!! and want me to pay for it..i don't think so). he said probably my jacket is fake!!!..said he will take it to toronto lab (he don't even know where it is) to have inspect what went wrong and i have to cover cost (i said what!!! ). i went home and brought my original receipt and he said ok ok don't pay. he then said he will bring to original store i bought jacket to inspect. the store took the jacket in and sent out to canada goose.
1 month he called me to pick up the jacket, and told me to pay for the cleaning service..(* this guy is out of his mind). i said why, you damage the jacket why am i still paying? he said the jacket all fixed and the fur is new. (omg..i don't know how clueless and insane this guy is). he then got mad and took in the jacket and hid it in the back. i was furious and told his customers just walked in and be careful that if they damage the item they won't responsible. the wife furious and told me to get out. i said to call police and remove me, while i'm on the phone try to reach for police for non emergency.
lessons: have everything in writing, this is civil matter and police non- emergency can't do anything, whatever written in the back of receipt, they don't have to honor it, your choice is to take to civil court. i could pay for the service but wouldn't tolerate this irresponsible act.

DO NOT GO TO BLACK TIE CLEANERS LTD at Weston RD/Hwy 7. They ruined my daughter's Canada Goose Expedition fur hood. The receipt also state that they will reimburse up to 2x the price of wash (ruined $400 jacket to reimburse $80???), and they're not even honor that! They will expect you to pay for the service even when they ruin your clothes. ---CONSUMERS BEWARE!---
