The buying experience was amazing, overall good collection and pricing.
Dispatch and loading experience was disappointing since there was almost no one to help with dispatch and loading. One area bath depot can improve on.

1. The prices here literally cannot be beat. Like I promise, I really dug!
2. Staff is so friendly, super helpful and decisive which helps a ton when you are the opposite. Amanda is so great, she helped me design my whole bathroom. When it’s complete I will add a photo for reference! Their store manager is extremely efficient and was more than accommodating when there were small hiccups with my order. Overall the service here sets the bar very high.
3. Their Affirm offer is A1, I truly appreciate when these services are smooth sailing and this was truly the quickest process.
Only thing I will say is to be aware that when you order from here it usually takes about a week for your order to arrive at the store as I believe their warehouse is in Ottawa (If I remember correctly) but other than that, my literal go to! I will be referring all friends and family here for sure!

I am a contractor for several residential & commercial renovations companies in the GTA. Without a doubt this store is my best supplier. I never wait for product . Im notified right away when order becomes available. Im given a wide variety of options . Im given knowledge of product and reason with past experience as to why something would work better then another. I have nothing bad to say about this store & 5 star rating simply isn’t enough . I could go on about good things regarding this store . I’ve been dealing Amanda & Maegan for years and they are the sole reason as to why I travel so far to do business. Without their flawless customer service I don’t know if I would be where I am today .

Hey, I wanted to share my experience with Bath Depot, and honestly, it's been quite frustrating, specifically with the Vaughan Store. If you're planning to buy anything from there, I'd suggest looking elsewhere again, be specifically careful about the Vaughan store. The customer service, especially from the store manager, is just not up to par. She makes promises but never follows through.The delivery dates are a mess, and that's caused a ton of problems with my renovation. There's no sense of punctuality, and it feels like no one takes responsibility for the delays. I've had so many misarrangements that I've lost at least 1000 CAD during the renovation, and the lack of customer service adds to the frustration. It's been a real headache dealing with them."I wish I had bought from Home Depot or Costco; They are perfect in delivery and customer services.

"While Bath Depot may offer lower prices on certain items, I strongly advise against choosing them as your retailer. It's preferable to invest your money in a more responsible establishment that values its customers. Unfortunately, the same kindness and perfection experienced during the purchase vanish when it comes to returns or exchanges.Their return policy is practically non-existent, and any attempt to return or exchange a product is met with the excuse that it goes against their policy, citing it as a unique case. The contrast between the pleasant facade during the purchase and the reality of their refusal to address issues is striking.I have decided never to make any future purchases from Bath Depot. My experience with the Vaughan store was nothing short of awful, and I believe consumers deserve better treatment and accountability from a retail establishment."

Alright, so if you're hunting for bargains, maybe you'll spot a deal in this store. But listen, if you ever think you'll need to rely on their after-sales service, I'd strongly advise against stepping foot in there. Their idea of customer service is all talk, no action. When push comes to shove, you won't get anywhere with their so-called services.Trust me, you'll end up so frustrated that you'll regret both the money you spent and the whole purchase. Save yourself the hassle and think twice before considering this place, especially if you want any kind of customer support down the line

** NO CUSTOMER CARE**Friends, be carefull about this frenchize, particularly Vaughan branch. Let me tell you my story. I equipped my two bathrooms with their products i.e. bath tub, it's door, tub faucet and drain, stand shawer faucet, doors, two vanities and associated faucets. I spent thousands of $$.when I needed a customer sevice, they didn't even think of my need. It was the only time that I received such an awful customer care in Canada. Rennovation does not always go as expected and you might end up with some changes. Be mindful not to get trapped. After the payment, you receive no supports. Goodluck.

'"Seriously, don't ever make the mistake of buying anything from Bath Depot. It's like dealing with a tiny operation that doesn't know the first thing about after-sales service. Honestly, they're on par with Dollarama, but at least Dollarama is way cheaper, and they don't throw rude behavior into the mix.I live in Toronto, and let me tell you, shopping at the Woodbridge store was a straight-up nightmare. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and spend your money at Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, or literally any other company but this one. You'll not only waste your money dealing with these guys, but you'll also have to deal with a ton of unnecessary challenges. It's just not worth it."

We were at the Bath Depot in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We purchased 2 bathroom vanities. Because of the bathroom pipes we had to return one and with the suggestion of the store manager we purchased a different one. When we were in Woodbridge we saw you had another store. I was helped by your sales person Sabrina. We showed her what we bought (display on the floor) and our bathroom pipes. Sabrina immediately told me that the 2nd one we purchased would not work as the drawer would not close. We immediately canceled the other unit as it had not come in yet. Sabrina showed me what was available and with her advise and expertise we purchased the one from her store. If we had purchased the 2nd one from the Richmond Hill store, it would of been a nightmare. These units do not come as one piece and you have to put it together. Then because it would not of fit we would have had to take it apart and return it. I can't tell you how much Sabrina is a valuable employee. She took the time to explain our problem, directed us to what would fit and even had it in within the week. Because of Sabrina, the Woodbridge store is where I will buy all of my bathroom needs.Someone needs to educate the Richmond Hill store of problems that can occur with bathroom piping. As I said before, Sabrina knew right away the problem we could of had, and instead directed us to the vanity we should have. I will be letting any of my friends who need bathroom accessories etc. to go and see Sabrina. She knows her job well!
