I spoke to Jake who suggested visiting him in the showroom for a quote. I visited the showroom twice and unfortunately he wasn’t there either day, which was fine since I was told they would contact me with a quote and product options/details. It’s been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from them. I also sent an email to Jake with the job details since he wasn’t in and unfortunately I never received a response. I know my job is small, but that shouldn’t change their customer service. I wish I was leaving a better review since it looks like this is a great company based on all the reviews, but it seems like they don’t want or care for small jobs since I can barely get a response from them.

One of the few places I was able to find thin hardwood flooring, at the best price. Very professional, answered the many questions I had. Also got them to install, and couldn’t ask for a better installation job. Matched the thickness of my stairs lip perfectly, once my stairs are stained it will look perfect.

We had the pleasure of working with Anderson Floors again, and couldn’t have been happier with the results. We’re repeat customers, as Jake and his team previously installed carpet in our old basement. Ever since our move, we knew we wanted the Anderson Floors team to carpet the new basement as well. I didn’t think this level of customer service still existed in 2024. Jake and his team are phenomenal, and truly treat the customer as #1. Jake has gone above and beyond for me when i was looking for purchase new vinyl flooring. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions so I could make the best choice for my home. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. I will be a returning customer, and I highly recommend Andersen Floors.

Last summer we purchased flooring for our home from a local store in Sault Ste Marie, ON. We couldn’t afford to do the entire house at once so we purchased enough for the main and decided to save for the upstairs and complete it this summer. Sadly when I called our local store, they said the flooring we got had discontinued! We were so disappointed. Out of desperation to have our upstairs and main floor matching, I started emailing stores out of town hoping someone would have some in stock and not have to order from the company. Many stores got back to me with the same bad news… it’s discontinued. Then I got a response email from Jake at Anderson Floors! He had just the right amount of flooring IN STOCK and would ship it to us for a small fee! With all the scams in today’s world I was nervous about sending money but I took the risk. He sent me an invoice with each payment making me feel better about the purchase. He let me know when it was shipping and the shipping company called me the day it arrived. Today we have all our flooring to complete our home. I cannot recommend an out of town service that was better than this. Thank you for your patience with me Jake as you know I was nervous but your quick responses, sending me pictures and invoices, etc made me breathe easier. We will definitely do business with you again in the future if need be!

Jake was great to work with. When we first came in, he took over an hour to help explain all the different types of floors and brands. The prices were very reasonable and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

So happy I found Anderson Floors! We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted to match the flooring used throughout the rest of our home. Unfortunately, it’s been discontinued and we couldn’t find it anywhere in the US (we live in California). Thankfully, I found it at Anderson Floors! While they (understandably) don’t directly ship product to the US, Jake was extremely patient and helpful in working with me to coordinate a pickup of our flooring. Our order just arrived and we can’t wait to get it installed! Thank you Jake for your help and patience! I highly recommend Anderson Floors.

I want to give an amazing review to Anderson floors, I'm from London, ON and last week I bought a laminate floor. We agreed that it would be delivered to a warehouse in London and I would pick it up, unfortunately, the delivery company they hired canceled the service last minute due to the weather. Jake, the owner, contacted me and advised me of this, as I needed the floor by that day, he send me a person from his store to deliver the floor directly to my house, going above and beyond to met the agreed upon. I give Anderson floors a 10/10 in reliability, customer service and accountability.I would totally recommend do business with the cimpany in the future.Thank you Jake for going above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent experience! Our new house build went through a series of last minute delay notices and Jake was very helpful and very accommodating. We were so impressed with the hardwood install that we then decided to install new carpeting upstairs as well and took Jake’s advice to replace baseboards with a higher profile to complement our high ceilings. We were looking for specific higher end flooring, so we didn’t expect them to be the lowest price. Our prime focus was quality of workmanship and the ability to stick to a schedule (so rare!). Thank you Jake to you and your team. First class!

I was looking for NAF AquaPlus Gold Yorkville Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I searched Google and Anderson Flooring came up as a potential supplier. I called Anderson for a quote and Jake the store Manager was very responsive and provided attractive pricing. We are located 300km from their store in Woodbridge so we arranged to purchase the flooring over the phone and delivery to a local warehouse in my area for pick up two days later. I placed a $1000 deposit over the phone with a credit card and later an email transfer for $2000 once shipment was prepared. I was a little leery of sending this much money having never visited the business but the on-line reviews were positive. Later Jake called to say that it was possible that my shipment would not be delivered the day that we had agreed to. I explained that this presented a problem for me as I had already made arrangements for a guy to come and help me lay the floor based on our original agreement. Jake understood my predicament and had one of his employees drive 300 km and deliver my order directly to my job site vs a local warehouse pick up. Jake was very communicative via text and telephone call through out the process and delivery, Even though I have never met Jake face to face or been to his place of business, it is my experience that he is a man of his word and can be trusted with making advance upfront cash payments.

I needed to find some LV tile for my bathroom in a hurry. Jake was very helpful, showed me options, answered my questions but didn't pressure me in any way. He said he would try to 'fast track' my order. It came in 3 days earlier than expected and he arranged so that I could pick it up at the warehouse which is much closer to my house. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Jake! **Highly recommend Anderson Floors.

We are so thankful and grateful to Jake. He was an immense pleasure to work with. We had a sort of difficult situation and Jake was so patient, accommodating and very fair with us.
