I recently visited Ziter Pharmacy and had an outstanding experience. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure I understood my medications and how to use them properly. The pharmacist took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity.
What impressed me most was their personalized approach. They genuinely care about their customers’ health and well-being, which is evident in the quality of service they provide. I

Hands down the most stocked, low prices for quality. Amazing selection of home goods to medications over and behind counter. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Watch out pharmacies this one is definitely going to be taking customers... the ones that get treated like trash in competitors buildings. Would give more stars if possible.

New location new staff, unprofessional when your prescription is tagged for a reffile and the pharmacy states otherwise, thank you for your service but I will be moving to another vender after 10 years

I would highly recommend this pharmacy! This pharmacy has the best staff, pharmacists and customer service. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, happy to answer questions and show a true care for their community.

I just recently moved back to town.I lived in a small town but refused to used the big name chain pharmacy.I found they were very impersonableMy pharmacist at Cowards recommended Ziter.I recently fell and wrist my arm had a plate and pins .I couldn't drive at all these people did everything they could to get me my meds I needed. They have been absolutely wonderful.Their delivery man Jay is here for his deliveries like clockwork.It's such a blessing to have such a wonderful bunch of people handling my health. Kudos to Ziter pharmacy.!

Ziter Pharmacy is working together with my family physician, Dr. DiBartolomeo, but not my 91 year old Grandmother's with dementia, she has a different physician in Tecumseh Town that she sees. For over 10 years, that my 91 year old Grandmother has had severe late-onset dementia, I have been picking-up and ordering her pills from Ziter Pharmacy (also a terrible pharmacy, do not go to them as they played their part in this too).My Mother filed a false self-harm report against me, and my family doctor, Matthew DiBartolomeo, took it upon himself to not only call down to Ziter Pharmacy and have me banned from ordering or picking-up my bed-ridden Grandmother's medications, but he also had the audacity to speak with my Grandmother's doctor, Dr. Chris Spirou. So, now Ziter Pharmacy, DiBartolomeo, and Dr. Spirou are all in collusion against me, not allowing me to pick up her meds when she needs them.What makes it even more disgusting and ILLEGAL, is that I'm my Grandmother's (Maria Opassinis), Primary Caregiver and Power of Attorney. So, now both doctor's, if they continue to refuse to cooperate, I will make sure are reported to the CPSO and The OMA, and The Windsor/London Medical Association. I will also be getting in touch with our family lawyer as my Mom has begged them to remove the ban, and they refuse, and my Mother even admitted she made a false report and made a mistake. So, it appears that Ziter, DiBartolomeo, and Dr. Spirou want to do battle, so battle it will be. Just note I have had a nurse fired from the hospital and a pharmacist fired from a pharmacy before, so I don't think it'll be too hard to get rid of 2 doctors and clean up the mess at Ziter Pharmacy. HAVE FUN GETTING LITIGATED!!!

I wish i could have left a 0 star , but there is no way to on google reviewWent and picked up prescription for 2 puffers and nail lacquer from Ziter pharmacy .Dispensing fee or packaging you can call it was $11.99 as shown in the pic (why not round it off to $12.00 ). Green shield covers XXX amount of dollars and i had to pay out of pocket $15 !!!!While , The pharmacy 4 blocks down the road charges me $1.50 to fill all 3 prescriptions .What is wrong with this picture ???I kindly asked the lady at the front desk why the costs were this high , and a breakdown of my billing , and she refused to , and told me its on the bill , i have customers waiting with a dismissive voice .Fine , i went down the road and got all my refills transferred over to that pharmacy so i dont ever have these ridiculous co-pays again!!On top of paying $4.00 for parking

Was there today for my brothers second dose. The appointment was for 2 as I made sure there would be time for his next appointment at 240 and the one on phone assured me it would. Well I go I and again fill out same papers ok then this nice older woman was waiting ahead of me to hand prescription in and told the one behind counter she wanted them delivered the girl sighed and and said to this woman if u just wait we will get it ready. The older woman told her should didnt want to and wanted it delivered she snatched the prescriptions and rolled her eyes and said whatever. Good way to treat people. Ok my turn I gave paper and asked how long she said there's ppl ahead if you you'll have to wait I the said why did I make the appointment then she rolled her eyes and said oh my God and walked away. We to have lives and places to get to very unprofessional we will not go back to that pharmacy again. Poor service yes 1 person can give a place a bad reputation and she has done that. I'll go where people are human and get treated that way .. that poor older woman was not impressed either.
