Good food but horrible customer service from an older lady named Dot at the self check out. I had to wait for an employee to come and she saw my light and looked over but continued to talk to her friend. I don’t mind waiting but maybe smile and say I’ll be there in a second instead of looking over with a dirty look and talking forever then coming over

I shop very frequently at this location and I feel the need to give a huge shout out to a young man by the name of John K. This young man is always so polite and so pleasant others could learn from him. Each and every time I have dealt with this young man either at the lottery counter or self check out he has been so friendly to each and EVERY customer. Young kids today tend to get a bad reputation being called rude or lazy etc but this young man is far from any of that! There have been multiple times that a customer has asked numerous questions or had issues when paying and John has been patient and kind and always willing to help something not seen very often anymore. There could be a huge line and it doesn't matter John takes his time helping the customer with their needs making sure they leave happy. Keep up the great work amd keep setting the examples of what great customer service should be!

An employee engaged in serious offensive behavior.You imitate the ancient Chinese saluting posture toward your colleague, then cover your mouth and smirk, but in mockery, looks like discrimination. Next time I'll be sure to find out why you find this so funny.
