They work hard to get you what you need. They call when it’s ready so you don’t have to worry about it. I’m also not waiting 45mins to an hour like you would have to at shoppers. Jazz gets the job done. Great leadership.

Wish I could give zero stars. Where did Chris go ? These new people are so jaded by their job it's brutal and uncomfortable. Went in to pick up my prescription the other day and all the woman were too preoccupied talking about what they're going to have for lunch instead of helping the line up of customers. My prescription wasn't even ready even after calling it in 2 days prior. They talk amongst themselves as if we don't have ears and can't hear. Embarrassing. Learn to be respectful of people's time and maybe gain some self awareness. Stop treating your customers like they arnt there and don't exist- and then when you do finally greet them, it's with a dead stare. Perhaps consider holding a staff meeting and go over basic customer service skills because it's clear these people are far from capable of performing a basic job. Does anyone know where the old staff went ? Chris, where are you buddy? It's now operated by completely different people who don't act professional or take their job seriously at all. Chris was friendly, had medications filled on time, and always made you feel welcomed and taken care of. Where has he gone ? Along with some of the other staff ? Would be nice to be informed as it's not fun to have to deal with rude people who don't care at all.

This is our neighborhood pharmacy and I couldn’t be more pleased over the years. Not only are they friendly, efficient, and thorough, but yesterday I needed a little extra time and understanding when starting a new medication. The pharmacist was perceptive that I needed that and helped me feel supported through her consultation. She went above and beyond simply dispensing medications and was the difference in my day. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful while Chris was there. He gave me a set price for a script that is renewed every 3 days to help out because it's hard to afford. For a year this was good and everyone knew about it. Andrew came in the picture and refused. Citing Chris made a mistake and it was only for a month. Surprisingly everyone else that knew about it was now saying that Andrew is right. Since Andrew said and I quote " I'm not gonna argue with you about it" I decided to take both my parents to a different pharmacy. When you don't feel appreciated and made to look like a fool you go somewhere else. Hope $4 was worth loosing 2 customers that added up to over $1500 ?

My first time at this clinic. There was no wait and the staff was so pleasant and nice. Dr. Lee was great! He did a comprehensive assessment of my symptoms and gave me really great advice that helped me to avoid antibiotics. I was feeling better instantly from his prescription. Such a great experience and really great DR.Thank you guys! Great Job!

The best pharmacy in town! The staff is very nice, efficient and professional. They are always there to help. They offer great services. Their hours are great too. The walk-in clinic has very short wait. Doctors there are nice and professional as well. Highly recommend!
