Our service rep was excellent! He did not pressure us but offered lots of information so we could make the best choice for us. His patience was greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a phone at windsor costco!

I just wanted plan information but i have to Wait in que 2 hours still i was 24 on que to get information. About plan.Then also I talk on phone to representatives phone is not available and saleperson not care about giving more or any sales information to coustomer to encourage about plan for executive member discount.

Showed up at the right time. Only a few people ahead of me. Agent showed me exactly what my bill would be including tax. No Mumbo jumbo that I couldn’t understand, wrote it all out for me. Better experience at Costco than at any Bell store.
