Dr. Tekavic is the best Vet for my 2 year old cockapoo. He keeps it simple and to the point. He always encouraged lots of exercise, home care and lastly medications only when required.

I was quotes $80 for an exam fee and was told when I came in it would actually be $125 for the exam. In the end I had to put my hamster down and the total came to over $400 to euthanize a hamster the size of a toonie, that I then had to take home and burry myself. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere you'll receive compassion for yourself and your animals, rather than money hungry sharks.

I would never recommend this vet hospital! My daughter brought in her hamster to be looked at. After recommendation from the vet she decided to put her hamster down. I can't understand why and how it cost $422 and change to put down a hamster. They took advantage of a young girl who was very upset!!

Our lab was listless and having a seizure. Made an emergency appointment with Dr. Hussain who was very calm, and explained the situation . Took x-rays. Recommended further testing at a vet center in Farmington and he made the appointment for the next day. Dr. Hussain made a few follow-up calls to us to check on our pet. Also gave appetite meds and special food to help him eat. Kudos to all staff at Animal Hospital of Windsor! And the hrs are very helpful--1-11pm most days of the week.

Kind, knowledgeable and excellent service.I had purchased Revolution flea and tick medication and on the way to the car I set the package on the roof while I put the dogs in the car. I ended up driving away and lost the meds on the road somewhere.I called to tell them I was on my way back to see if I could find the lost medication. I had arrived to find out that one of the staff had gone out to retrieve the meds and had them there waiting for me. Needless to say I was very impressed and thankful. I would highly recommend Windsor Pet Hospital.

I found the exam expensive and I didn't know there was an expense for the shot.(.dispensing fee) but the Dr was Wonderful and Kind Explained everything I enjoyed the visit and we felt better

Great service, firm yet delicate touch that really helped with my cat. Did not do any unnecessary tests. We were in and out fairly quickly for the procedures involved. Prices seemed reasonable, and was less than I was expecting. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Our Shih Tzu has been going to Windsor Pet Hospital for the entire 15 years of her life. Very honest and when prices are compared to others, he can't be beat. Highly recommend!

The best vet in Windsor, I highly recommend him. Very very compassionate man, Ive called him for advice numerous times and he’s always been happy to help. Doesnt over charge, just does what’s required.
