Kids unfortunately found an injured squirrle that probably wouldn't have made it had the humane society not come and get him just wanted to give a BIG SHOUT to all the volunteers and ppl that help it's nice to know that ppl like this exist in our community helping animals in need absolute 5 Stars from me and again THANK U to everyone involved

The pocess for the wellness clinic is great! All staff were extremely friendly and patient with my dog. Our dog received the vaccines that he required at a much lower price than any veterinary clinic in the area. I highly recommend!

I am very grateful for the help, they vaccinated my kitten, it was fast and good. I was late for the appointment, but they understood my situation and made an exception, I didn't wait long and they accepted me, for which I thank them very much! I will recommend you to my friends, thank you very much!

The clinic staff is efficient, knowledgeable and professional. As crazy as drop off and pick up times are the staff had it under control. I went in thinking I had a male and female... turns out Aleister is an Alice.... who knew! Pictures because they are adorable.... Alice and Souxsie.

I was happy to see the affordable spay/neuter program was available again as we have had one of our dogs and cats fixed here in the past without any difficulties.
Recently though, I booked an appointment for my 17 yo teen's cat. At the morning drop off my teen brought their cat inside while I remained in the car with my toddler. My teen asked if they could change the registration details because of the microchipping and was told it wasn't an issue. However, I got a phone call in the afternoon being scolded for the registration details being changed because I checked off a disclaimer box at booking that it was my cat. The worker was extremely rude! "Well, your child striked out your name and put their name, they striked out your email and put theirs and they also striked out your number and put theirs." Of course they did if they were updating to the correct information?!?! Yes, technically it is a cat that lives in my house that I pay for, but he is my teen's responsibility to care for and do plan to take the cat with them to university.... Even after I explained that to the worker, explained that my teen asked before changing the paperwork and was told it was perfectly okay AND also explained that we weren't sure if we could legally register the cat under my teen as they are a minor (as minors can't legally sign agreements without a legal guardian/parent), the worker chose to scold me again with a repeated explanation of it being medical forms and they could get in trouble? I'm not sure why it is so difficult to write on the paperwork "details changed to owner's teenager?!" I'm sorry - would that have been too much work for you to do?!
The communication within the facility needs improvement!! Don't even get me started on my experience with the previous executive director who was terminated.
Moral of the story: Don't tell clients one thing and then call back hours later and be a rude a$$. How about don't be rude at all! Now that I reflect back on that day, one of the women were pretty rude outside to a couple of the other drop offs while we were there for not knowing they had to call first to check in. Maybe put a sign at the beginning of your parking lot, not just 1 sign at the front door. She was so rude that I could hear her from 7 parking spaces away and my car was running too. I'm sure you're nice when you're asking for volunteers and donations though ?

My kitten was very well taken care of and the staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Was a smooth experience and my kitten is doing great. Thank you to everyone at WECHC?

While I appreciate the opportunity to have more affordable veterinary care for my dog, I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak to the vet or the vet assistant. Since pet owners aren't allow into the facility I didn't get to communicate my concerns or ask questions.
