“It's ok! Good value, reasonable prices. Very crowded! I got there late, after 8:30 when I thought it closed at 9:00. A staff member, I wish I had caught her name, approached me telling me the store was closed, but was very helpful and assisted me in gathering the medications I was there for. When I was at the checkout, dealing with the fact that my membership was due, I realized that I had forgotten an important medication and she went and found it for me. She was very helpful and I appreciated her help very much. I just wish I had caught her name for the purpose of this review.”
“The reviews here are very low mainly due to the wait time at the Costco tire centre. However, I believe the service was great overall. Todd at the check-in desk quickly confirmed my appointment and provided me with a copy of my invoice. He took my keys and informed me that I would receive a message once my car was ready for pick-up, which would take about an hour or two due to the busy season.
Since I had a day off from work, I decided to wait for my car in the parking lot. I ended up waiting about an hour for my car to get into the shop, and then another 30-45 minutes for the tires to be changed. In the end, Scotty did an excellent job on my Mazda3 Sport. He took care to avoid damaging the rims and even helped me put my old tires in storage bags for easy transport in my trunk.
As part of the Costco service, tires were balanced and rotated free of charge, and they were nitrogen inflated. Overall, I would rate this experience 3-4 stars, but because of Scotty's exceptional service, I’m giving it 4 stars.”

“Costco is great. Not everything is necessarily a "deal" but for the most part prices are good especially when they do have deals on. Can't wait for the new center to come.”
