If I there is a minus star I wouldn't hesitate to use it. So this main branch of Walmart was so clear and straight that they won't return or exchange without the receipt!!! Well since when!!!!!! the employee said oh since July!!!!! I'm like what!!!!!seriously!!!!! well I've been exchanging and returning Noone mentioned that to me especially Dougal branch and she said: Dougal branch they Don't follow the policy but since we are the main branch we have to follow the policy!!!!"Well as a regular customer to Walmart that's really unfair!!! I'm definitely considering other stores to go shop from better then wasting time money and energy at WALMART!Plus customer service are so rude especially that Blondie one ?!

So it turns out Walmart changed their return policy so that if you lose your receipt you can't return anything. I used to choose Walmart all the time because of their flexible return policy. That ends today. Amazon here we come. I'm posting this not because I think it'll make any difference other than I'm hoping somebody will see this and not go through the pain I am going through right now with an expensive of item I can't return.

This week's flyer, which begins on Thurs., advertised Mainstay sheets. Today, Thurs. afternoon, they weren't in the bedding section. Customer Service confirmed that the store had none, that they were "in transit". Could Walmart have shipped the sheets the day before, so that they would have been available when the sale started? Yes. So why didn't they?

Employee (male) wearing a hat in cosmetics today at 12:00 incredibly disrespectful and rude, hovering over people while shopping. This location should really reconsider who they hire. Left a cart full of stuff because of how he treated us. Wal-Mart really will hire just about anyone.

I normally online order. Took my elderly mother there today to grab some things. I bought toilet paper and a coat. I went to self checkout. Rang up my stuff. Paid. Was doing my moms. A young girl with red hair came up. Asked if we were doing 2 transactions. I said yea. Cashed my moms out. We are walking out and she stops my mom and asks her if we're sure we paid for the toilet paper. She said yea. I said would you like to see the receipt? She said no it just doesn't show on my screen because it does that sometimes. I told her yea I already said yes. I understand there's theft. Literally could care less; not my problem. If you don't ask me further questions the first time you approached me. Don't ask my mother the same question. She then walked to the self checkout and printed out my receipt. Clearly saw I already paid for my transaction and started waving it in the air towards me to be ignorant. I know they don't teach customer service anymore there; but when she gets an actual career she might want to learn it. I'll never go in store again.

an undercover worker chased me and my friend ( two young black girls) around the ENTIRE store they recorded us without our consent we are minors as well. Then at self checkout a worker made us pay for an extra item then didn’t even want to give out money (we didn’t get our money back at all). I don’t recommend this walmart at all due to the level of racism and discrimination against black people by the employees.

August 16 2023 7:00 pm. Store is bustling. 2 check out lanes open and 3 express self checkouts open. The entire front of the store is packed so full there’s nowhere to walk. Can’t go late at night anymore when it’s empty because they close at 10 now?? Don’t even bother to use the regular checkout lanes because the customer service is abysmal. I’m done Walmart. Hire some people PLEASE

First of all it has gotten real bad for the customer. The last time I was there was the worst . I spent 300+ and the girl at the checkout purposely put my stuff n both conveyors and I hard time reaching . Only when her boss was there and a customer came in line did she offer . When it comes to all the theft Walmart created it Self scan checkouts now cost more money cause more problems . Get rid of those and your theft will go down . Rey it in your worst stores for theft see the results . After that last incident I haven't been back

Omg get some people who know what they're doing in there!! Not a single person I asked questions to could answer me. They looked at me like I had 3 heads! Not sure if they didn't know or if they couldn't really speak English but I'm done going to Walmart on Tecumseh road. And also get someone who doesn't have an attitude!! I went to the self checkout and told her I wanted to pay cash (cause there's a sign that says can pay with cash), and she literally rolled her eyes and threw her arms up like I was asking her to donate a kidney. That location sucks now and it keeps going downhill.

I wanna start this off saying I have 5,000 bad things I could say about this Walmart, but that’s not why we are here today. Today I want to recognize Paul in electronics. Not only is Paul an absolute riot to chat to child checking out, he is extremely helpful and very polite! Thankyou again young sir for being so wonderful tonight :)

The staff here are arrogant and conceited, when you ask about an item you get not a reply but her interruptions, rebuttals and disdain. She pretended she couldn't hear the guests and was still performing on her own. Because of not wearing a work badge in accordance with the regulations,She was probably an arrogant department manager. Maybe Wal-Mart will not listen to or rectify the problems I reported today, but I still hope that Wal-Mart as one of several large-scale shopping supermarkets in Windsor can get better, good luck.

Terrible experience today. You need a loonie now to get a cart. Because everyone carries spare change these days. Lol. No notice on the doors of the change - spoke to the customer rep at the door and they were not helpful. I shopped at this store on a weekly basis. They didnt even have the decency to offer me a loonie to use so i could shop at their store today so i had to leave and go to zehrs. Zehrs protects there carts but not by having to insert a loonie. Walmart needs to get with the times and the worst part was not even offering to give me a loonie for the visit today. Totally ridiculous!

We were there Wednesday June 21, 2023. I’m a senior with a disability. Only one handicap cart available and it was not charged. This happens too often at this store. We will not be returning.

This place had my blood boiling! Good golly, I went to get some paper towels and they were all already soaked! Not to mention, some young teenagers were using the paper towels to create some kind of fort in the middle of the aisle! Kids these days have no respect! My grand daughter, I brought her with me, she's only 7 years old and had to experience all of this! Who knows what effect this will have on her young virgin mind! So disrespectful! I will NOT be visiting again!
