After telling them I needed a new charging port the said it just needed to be cleaned I argued with the young man stating I have cleaned it I need a new charging port he cleaned it which solved the issue momentarily and I told him it was going to go back to saying charging slowly and being finicky and I would like a new port. He refused and charged me for the cleaning and less then two hours later it's back to the same issue. Awful customer service. 10/10 do not recommend

I had a really exceptional experience getting my phone repaired. Both of the associates I dealt with were incredibly direct and personable. My phone was ready in the timeframe they quoted me. It feels like my phone is working as well as when I first got it! I’m so impressed and happy to have my phone working again! Really exceeded my expectations considering it’s just a tiny kiosk!

Saran was very helpful. My phone was shattered and the home button did not work. He fixed my screen and my home button included. He was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend.
