Great time in Canada as a visitor thrifing and eating and shopping. I love thrifing in Windsor, as yes there are similar things in the states, cnanda just has some more fun things.

It's a pretty huge store compared to others. Some items seemed to be priced a little high. The staff were helpful and polite.

Nice items and selection generally speaking, but pricing is getting outrageous. Even worse, customer service is HORRENDOUS! The staff are miserable, they make exchanges very difficult and they rarely jump in to help customers struggling at checkout.
Value Village is a multi-billion dollar industry thriving on free donations, giving an appalling low percentage to charity partners. Value Village Walker Rd needs a refinement big time! Won't be shopping here as often. East Location offers much better Customer Service.

I got a purse from another store in Windsor not realizing there is damage. The manager is rude when approached for an exchange. She didn’t bother asking what is the reason and made sure I understood she is the store manager, as a regular customer I left the store feeling angry. As a manager you do not talk down to people who pays for your salary. I know there is a policy but knowing how to deal with customer is a manager responsibility. I agree very rude customer service at this Value Village Walker location.

Many items were priced pretty high, or higher than other thrift stores in Windsor. I could have gotten some items new at Walmart for a lower price. The one good thing I could say about the store was that it was clean, including the restroom
