“I would like to thank you so much to Samantha i was have a bad situation i reserved a 26ft truck and next day when i was going to pickup in the morning,Samantha called me and let me know is a situation and the client refused to bring back the truck I suppose to get and they didn’t have another one nowhere , she give me another location wich was a storage unit was somewhere in oldcastle little faraway but i agree to going there for pick a 26 ft truck the name of the company AAA Stock N Lock is located on 1920 halford dr , she offered me a discount for taking the truck with 29,95 and additional 50$ credit, i agree i get there and the person who was working there was unbelievable incompetently, he even didn’t know how to work on the computer… after i spend more than 2hours at the store trying to getting the truck was impossible i called Couples of times at forest glade location talking
To Samantha trying fixing she put me on phone with traffic Uhaul explained to the guy i had a discount and they didn’t want to coperate the old man working there was the father of the owner was a lady forgot her name the guy was video calling her to show her the screen computer what to do and even like that he still didn’t know. Basically they told me I need to have credit card or cash to be more simple but I didn’t have it and i want to use debit . We tried so
Much times they was unable to resolve the issue because they didn’t know how to do their job. After i loose more than 2 hours i decided to call back Samantha and told i can’t wait no more here is impossible give me what truck do you have available and i got a 15 ft truck when i come back at forest glade Samantha was very helpful. I really appreciate her work. Thank you so much.”

“My son recently moved to Northern Ontario, the truck had to be returned to the original depot but that was included in the pricing.Uhaul was half the distance as it could be dropped off but was twice the price even before mileage. A family member going up drove the penske truck home.Friendly service. Best decision hands down.”

“Good location and service. But availability of the vehicle type might be an issue. Tried to call and ask the phone number provided on Google and confirmed about availability of open truck but when I reached after 10mins they changed words and told we have only van and closed truck available. Service was good and smooth after choosing van which was available. I suggest call and confirm availability before you go for pickup of U-Haul.”
