Great prices for a stay, hotel employees were smart and kept the college kids here to party on the lower floors and everyone else a bit up.

Parking was not available. I had to park on street.Nearby activities: Nearby there were homeless residences with only limited parking available to all the guests of the hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious, love having the kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were good. Parking was easy and the hotel is easily accessible. The only negative I have to share is that when you pull into the parking lot you have to provide your last name and room number to enter the lot, great, no problem. But this goes to an intercom right at the front desk so you are openly saying to whoever happens to be around the desk at that time - the last name and room number. This is certainly not a secure method and should be revisited. Maybe connected to a phone line so it’s not over a loud speaker in the lobby.

Hotel is nice and clean on the inside. It is conveniently located downtown ans so walkable to places. However, the area can be a little rough. There is a small lot for paid parking. The rooms were nice and clean especially bathroom - were updated. Staff was very nice ans polite, some were also friendlyRooms: Standard type hotel rooms with kitchenette and coffee stationNearby activities: Near Ollette street, less than 5 minutes walk. There are restaurants, bars, banks, clubs etcSafety: The homeless population was evident nearby plus there seemed to have been a salvation army building just down street where many congregratedWalkability: Close to most amenities including the Waterfront.

We arrived with a hockey team pretty much all at once after the posted check in time of 3:00pm. Some of the rooms weren’t ready. As we waited for our rooms, numerous homeless drug addicts wandered around the property, begging for money and sorting through the dumpster. Some on site security would certainly help. The staff were very professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The price is reasonable.

The stay was just one night but unfortunately my phone charger was taken by I’m assuming housekeeping. I went back to the hotel and it was gone, they told me that they don’t recall a charger being plugged in my room and I definitely didn’t take the charger with me I had it plugged into the outlet. Very disappointing how it just miraculously disappeared. Staff told me maybe it got caught up in sheets and taken to laundry, and that they didn’t see anything. I guess you’re welcome to whoever has my brand new iPhone charger. Merry Christmas.

Rating: 4.5/5I got a single-bed suite and it’s a clean room. I was a little disappointed it didn’t have a safe, but they did have slippers! There’s no view of the riverfront from here but I was okay with that.Shoutout to Sydney at the front desk for helping me get my room ready earlier for an earlier checkin. Much appreciated!Wifi is quite good here (and in general I’ve been pretty happy with the wifi at Marriott hotels)Nearby activities: Adventure Bay Family Water Park is just around the corner. Riverfront is just 2 blocks north.Walkability: Located in downtown Windsor, it’s very walkable to a lot of shops/restaurants near by.

Clean and inviting atmosphere. Amenities in the room are helpful, thoughtful, useful. The bed is insanely comfortable, and the bathroom feels rich with its design. I wish I could stay longer to take advantage of the little kitchen. The breakfast is full of flavor, nutrition, variety. Spinach and red pepper egg bites! Sausage patties! A waffle maker! A toast and bagel station! Fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Hb eggs, yogurt cups, oat milk. Strong OR medium coffee. Tea. Ice water. And it feels safe.

Great place to spend the night! The rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked. Continental breakfast was great with constant variety. I did notice the staff continuously restocking all areas which was nice to see. We did have a baby with us and rather than a crib they give you a play pen. That is the only downfall in my opinion. The area from what I could tell was central. However I am not too familiar with Windsor.
