Recently purchased at Windsor Crossing location & the staff were very helpful and friendly. My mother in law had to return her item shortly after & the staff was just as friendly as when the item was initially purchased.

I love shopping at Tootsie's at Tecumseh Mall. Mirna is always so helpful, and she is very knowledgable about products and stock. She goes above and beyond to help myself and my daughter whenever we shop in the store.

The staff in this store always seem "too busy" to help you. I went in looking for some dressy sandals after 15 min I had to go find someone to see if they had a certain pair in my size. When I asked the only response I got was "nope", no help finding something else. If you don't want my business no problem I'll go elsewhere.
