Just tried to go in and shop but there doors are closed and it isn't even 6pm yet there doors were closed before 5:45 pm. That is absolutely disgusting. Guess they don't want my business

Hala and Sara should run the store always, they did absolutely an amazing job helping my brother get a full suit for his prom, we were looking for plus sizes and it took us some time but they made the process so easy at the same time while managing helping other customers.Thank you again!

I don’t usually ever write reviews however after witnessing what I saw today in the big and tall store on Merivale rd I feel like someone needs to speak up. While shopping this afternoon with my husband like we always do here at this store a very rude and threatening customer tried returning underwear. When the staff politely explained “we’re so very sorry but it’s policy to not accept return on underwear “ he became insanely rude and even threatened one of the young ladies who was very calm and professional while screaming his way out the door.All the staff working today should not feel like they were wrong and I hope they are commended on their efforts in trying to please this customer.I don’t know what the companies policy is on returning underwear but I sure hope they don’t take them back. !!!!!! GrossWe shop here regularly and always receive the best service but am leery now if items like underwear get returned.Koodos to the manager and staff at big and tall on Merivale you guy’s are great.

April saved the day! My buddy realized his suit jacket was too small on the morning of our friends wedding...I called the Mr. Bit & Tall on Merivale and fortunately April answered. I explained the situation and April while on the phone with me, went through all the jackets that would possibly fit. We chose one together over the phone. She then picked out a tie to go with the outfit and put both on hold for me until I could get to the store. Once at the store, the customer service continued to be above and beyond. I bought the jacket and tie with April's word that if it did not fit my buddy, I would get a compete refund. As it turned out, the suit jacket fit and the tie went great with the outfit.I can't say how much I appreciate the job that April did today. Not only did she find the jacket and tie, she was empathetic to the situation and went above and beyond any customer service I have received in the past 10 years. Her professionalism, empathy and quick response to the situation was more than I could expect. Kudos to you April and you now have 2 repeat customers.

June 18,2022 went to this location for suit. I was acknowledged by a gentleman and told him my needs for a suit. He dressed me head to toe never left my side. Then the training manager young blonde lady stepped up and set me up with accessories till I was satisfied. This is my new location for my clothing.

Great Customer Service by April, manager of the Merivale store and her team. She is the right person for this position. She acknowledged the issue with a T-shirt and took action exchanging it. Thanks for the great service. We will be back soon.
